Using Zoom Revenue Accelerator Indicators


The Indicators configured by your account owner or admin will be visible to you as a user when you subscribe to them. Once subscribed, you will receive alerts and can view the indicators on conversations and analytics.

How to subscribe to Indicators

To subscribe to an indicator that your admin has created:

Subscribe using personal Revenue Accelerator analytics

Note: Indicators and keywords will be hyperlinked to allow users to jump directly to the indicators they are subscribed to.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Analytics.
  3. Click the tab of the Indicators that you want to subscribe to, then click Subscribe.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  4. In the window, customize your subscription:
    • Under Receive emails when, choose from the following options:
      • This indicator is mentioned: This means you are subscribing to all keyword phrases for that indicator.
      • A specific indicator theme is mentioned: This means you can select only the keyword phrases you prefer to subscribe to from the dropdown.
    • Under Mentioned in conversations, choose between the All Teams, My Team, or Select teams or team members options.
      Note: The options are based on the access your admin has granted you.
      • Click Add Rule to add a rule, such as Stage during conversation, Customer, and Deal, as additional filters and search for indicators across conversations.
    • Under Notification method, select if you want to be notified by Email or Dashboard notification.
    • Under Subscription Email Cadence, select Instantly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, then select the weekday or monthly date (if applicable).
  5. Click Save.

Subscribe using personal settings

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under Analytics, click View Indicators.
  5. In the top-right corner of the Indicators card, click Subscribe.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  6. In the window, manage your subscription:
    • Under Receive emails when, choose from the following options:
      • This indicator is mentioned: This means you are subscribing to all keyword phrases for that indicator.
      • A specific indicator theme is mentioned: This means you can select only the keyword phrases you prefer to subscribe to from the dropdown.
    • Under Mentioned in conversations, choose between the All Teams, My Team, or Select teams or team members options.
      Note: The options are based on the access your admin has granted you.
      • Click Add Rule to add a rule, such as Stage during conversation, Customer, and Deal, as additional filters and search for indicators across conversations.

  7. Click Subscribe.

How to add charts to the My Analytics tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Analytics.
  3. Click the All Analytics tab.
  4. Click Indicators.
  5. Under Search, click the indicator you want to view.
    Analytics will display the data in a bar chart by default allowing you to compare the frequency of keywords mentioned across your calls at a glance.
  6. (Optional) At the top of the page, filter the analytics chart:
    • Under Scope, click the dropdown menu and select Selected Teams (to view variances across teams), or apply filters based on your preference.
    • Under Time Period, click the dropdown menu and select a date range (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days, or Custom Period).
    • Click Advanced Filters to set more specific filters based on your preference, then click Apply.
  7. (Optional) In the top-right corner of the chart, click Add to My Analytics to favorite analytics charts.
    A pop-up window will appear.
    Note: Both the applied filters and display settings will be saved for this view.
  8. In the window, enter a Name for the view.
  9. Click Add.
    This will create customized My Analytics and Team Analytics dashboards.

How to view Indicators data

View using the Dashboard

Visit your Zoom Revenue Accelerator Dashboard to view recent mentions of Subscribed Indicators.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Dashboard.
  3. In the Recent Mentions of Subscribed Indicators section, click the date range you prefer from the dropdown then select the tab for the Indicators you wish to view.
  4. (Optional) Click on a recent conversation from the list to jump to the first instance the indicator was mentioned in the call.
    Note: If there is no data to show, you will only see View Indicators in this section. This will take you to your Personal Settings where you can subscribe or manage your subscription.

View in Analytics

View the All Analytics tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Analytics.
  3. Click the All Analytics tab.
  4. Click Indicators.
  5. Under Search, click the indicator you want to view.
    Analytics will display the data in a bar chart by default allowing you to compare the frequency of keywords mentioned across your calls at a glance.
  6. (Optional) At the top of the page, filter the analytics chart:
    • Under Scope, click the dropdown menu and select Selected Teams (to view variances across teams), or apply filters based on your preference.
    • Under Time Period, click the dropdown menu and select a date range (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days, or Custom Period).
    • Click Advanced Filters to set more specific filters based on your preference, then click Apply.
  7. (Optional) To the right of the indicator name, click Subscribe to manage your subscription.
  8. (Optional) In the top-right corner of the chart, click Add to My Analytics to favorite analytics charts.
    Note: Both the applied filters and display settings will be saved for this view.
  9. Under Chart Type, click the bar or line chart view.
    • If you selected the bar chart, view and manage the following analytics:
      • Click the Segment by dropdown menu and select from the following options:
        • None
        • Closed won/lost
        • Current deal stage
        • Stage during conversation
      • In the bar chart, hover your mouse over a keyword’s bar to view information (theme name, language, keywords, and mentions) at a glance.
    • If you selected the line chart, view and manage the following analytics:
      • At the top of the line chart, click a metric to remove it from the chart.
      • In the line chart, hover your mouse over a keyword’s data point on a line to view information at a glance.
    • On both the bar and line chart views, click a keyword’s bar or data point to open a panel and drill down the data that shows the following:
      • Category
      • Mentioned by: Shows the roles that mentioned this theme.
      • Language: Displays the language that was selected for this indicator theme.
      • Keyword phrases included in this theme: Click View More to view keyword phrases of the theme indicator.
      • (Optional) Click Chart to view charts when the indicator was mentioned.
        • Team Comparison: The percentage of conversations hosted by the team members where the keyword is mentioned by anyone.
        • Historical Trends: The percentage of conversations where the keyword is mentioned over time.
        • Deals Won or Lost Comparison: The percentage of conversations where the keyword is mentioned by deals won or lost.
      • (Optional) Click Transcript to jump to specific conversations when the indicator was mentioned.
        • Click the Mentioned By dropdown menu and select the roles you want to filter.
        • View the theme’s keyword phrases in the conversation transcripts.
          1. Click View Conversation.
            You will be directed to the Conversations tab to view the conversation recording.

View the My Analytics tab

Note: Ensure that you have favorited analytics charts before viewing this tab.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Analytics.
  3. Click the My Analytics tab.
  4. Manage your dashboards:
    • Remove a dashboard:
      • In the top-right corner of a dashboard, click the ellipsis, then click Remove.
        A confirmation window will appear.
      • In the window, click Remove.
        Note: This action cannot be undone.
    • Reorder your dashboards:
      • In the top-right corner of a dashboard, click the six dots, then drag and drop the dashboard in the order that you want.
