Exporting or importing a flow
After adding a flow, contact center admins can use the flow editor to export a flow as a JSON file. You can also import a JSON file to create a new draft flow. You can export a flow, then import it in another account as an easy method for transferring a flow across accounts.

Prerequisites for exporting or importing a flow
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Pro, Business, or Education account
- Zoom Contact Center license
- One of more flows created
- Flow or flow version must be in Published or Archived status to export it
- JSON file must be in proper syntax to successfully import it and create a flow
Note: Zoom does not provide support for editing JSON files.
How to export a flow
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Contact Center Management then Flows.
- Click the display name of the flow you want to export.
Note: Flow or flow version must be in Published or Archived status to export it.
- (Optional) In the top-left corner, click the Version drop-down menu and select the version you want to export.
- In the top-right corner, click the ellipses icon then Export.
How to import a flow
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Contact Center Management then Flows.
- Click Import.
- Specify the following:

Name: Enter a display name to help identify the flow.

Flow Description (Optional): Enter a description for the flow.

Version Description (Optional): Enter a description for the first version of the flow
- Click Import and select the JSON file. Alternatively, you can drag and drop a file.
- Click Add.
The JSON file will be imported as a new draft flow.
