Clearing local app data and cookies for Zoom Apps

Some Zoom Apps may store data and cookies locally on the desktop. If you have trouble opening Zoom Apps, we recommend clearing the marketplace app data to free up space and resolve similar issues.

How to clear local app data and cookies for Zoom Apps

Windows | macOS
  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Click your profile picture, then click Settings .
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. Under Zoom Apps, then Clear local Zoom App data and cookies, click the Clear button.
    A Clear stored data & cookies pop-up window will appear.
  5. Click Clear.
    The last cleared date will update automatically.
