Requiring workspace reservation user authentication

Account owners and admins can choose if they want to require users to authenticate when reserving rooms on a kiosk or scheduling display. The security option, Authentication required for reservation, restricts users to only users in the organization's Zoom account. This feature is useful if you want to restrict your reservation list to verified users.

When required authentication is enabled, a QR code is available for users to scan and authenticate themselves before booking a room on a scheduling display or kiosk; the QR code also allows users to add their booked meeting to their upcoming reservations and calendar.
