Managing Workspace Reservation calendar integration
When a calendar resource is integrated with a workspace, the workspace and its scheduling display show the reservations or meetings scheduled for the workspace. Members of your organization can schedule a meeting in a workspace by inviting the workspace to the meeting. Conference desks and rooms are assigned as a calendar resource through a calendar service. Authorizing Zoom to have access to calendar resources enables users to start and join meetings in the workspace.
Additionally, Zoom Calendar is included as an option for a calendar resource for workspaces. Account owners and admins can integrate workspaces with Zoom Calendar in a centralized location, and they do not have to integrate a third-party calendar when using the Zoom Calendar service. Requirements for managing Workspace Reservation calendar integration
- Office 365 administrator account

Note: Workspace Reservation calendar integration uses Exchange Web Services (EWS) to communicate with Microsoft Exchange on-premises. If EWS is not available over the Internet due to firewall restrictions or IP address restrictions, you cannot use calendar integration for Workspace Reservation. - Either a Zoom Workspace Reservation subscription, Zoom Rooms subscription, or Zoom Common Area Phone subscription

*Note: Zoom no longer recommends using Exchange Web Services (EWS) options for new deployments, due to Microsoft’s planned Retirement of RBAC Application Impersonation in Exchange Online and eventual deprecation of Exchange Web Services. Existing calendar integrations using EWS will continue to function for a period of time as outlined in Microsoft’s support pages, but Zoom recommends migrating to a new calendar integration using MS Graph API with Application Permissions.
