Viewing the variables log

Account owners and admins can view a log of variables with their associated value, engagement ID, flow, widget, and timestamp so they can track changes in custom and global variables.

How to view the variables log

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin or another role with the privilege to edit log settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Contact Center Management then Logs.
  3. Click the Variables tab.
  4. Use the following options to filter data:
  5. (Optional) Click Export to download the report as a csv file.
