Viewing Zoom Contact Center storage reports
Zoom Contact Center admins can view the storage log to see how much storage agents are using for cloud recordings, assets, and inbox messages. You can view storage usage over time, total amount of storage used, and view user-level details to see who has high usage.

How to view storage reports
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Reports.
- Click Contact Center.
- Click the Storage tab.
- Use the following options to filter data:
- From / To: Specify the time period for the report.
- (Optional) Click Export Daily Report to save the currently-displayed data as a CSV file.
Information in the storage reports
- Storage Usage graph: Displays the change in the amount of contact center storage usage over the specific time period. Hover over the line to display the usage amount for a specific day.
- Automatic Call Recording Monitor graph:
- The red-dotted line shows the recording limit specified in the Percentage of engagements that are recorded setting.
- The blue line shows the actual percentage of storage that automatic recordings are using.
- Daily report table: Displays the following.
- Date: The date that the cloud recording was made; assets were added to the asset library; or inbox messages were left.
- Recordings Usage: The total amount of recording storage usage and the number of files in the associated day. Click the embedded link to view details.
- Asset Library Usage: The total amount of asset library usage and the number of files in the associated day. Click the embedded link to view details.
- Inbox Usage: The total amount of inbox message usage and the number of files in the associated day. Click the embedded link to view details.
How to view the largest recordings, assets, or voicemails
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Reports.
- Click Contact Center.
- Click the Storage tab.
- In the Daily report table, click the Recordings Usage, Assets Usage, or Inbox Usage column headings to sort the table so that the largest files are displayed at the top.
