Zoom Whiteboards can be shared and accessed in Zoom Team Chat for enhanced collaboration between users.

Prerequisites for sharing Zoom Whiteboard in Zoom Team Chat

• Zoom desktop client for Windows, macOS, or Linux: Global minimum version or higher
• Zoom mobile app for Android or iOS: Global minimum version or higher
• Zoom Whiteboard enabled for your account by an administrator

How to share Zoom Whiteboard in chats and channels

1. Open a whiteboard you want to share.
2. At the top right, click Share then  Copy Link. 
3. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
4. Click a chat or channel. 
5. Paste the link into the chat or channel.

Note: If you have not given the users in the chat or channel access to the whiteboard, they will be prompted to request access when they click the shared link.

How to access shared Zoom Whiteboard in chats or channels

1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
2. Click a chat or channel. 
3. At the top right, click More Actions. 
4. Expand Whiteboards.
   You will see all the whiteboards shared in the chat or channel.
