Sending a problem report for Zoom Contact Center

If you are encountering an issue while using Zoom Contact Center, you can send a problem report and logs to Zoom. Problem reports and logs help our Support team troubleshoot the issue and arrive at a resolution.

Requirements for sending a problem report and client logs for Zoom Contact Center

Note: Zoom Contact Center no longer supports devices running on Windows 32‑bit operating systems or 32‑bit browsers. To continue using Zoom Contact Center features, users must upgrade to a 64‑bit operating system and a 64‑bit browser.

How to send a problem report for Zoom Contact Center

  1. Sign in to Zoom desktop app.
  2. Click your profile picture, then click Settings.
  3. Click Statistics .
  4. Click Send report.
  5. In the With which product are you having issues? drop-down menu, select Contact Center.
  6. In the What problem would you like to report? drop-down menu, select Contact Center and specify the date and time that the problem occurred. 
  7. In the Tell us about the problem you are having text field, enter a brief description of the issue. 
  8. Select the Include log file check box to send the log files generated by the client to Zoom Support with the problem report.
  9. If you already have a support ticket open, select I have an open ticket.  
  10. Click Submit.
