Viewing the Workspaces dashboard

The Workspace Reservation dashboard allows you to see information about reservations made, check-in rates, workspace utilization, and popular rooms and desks. You can also download results from Reservation Questionnaires and Pre-Check in questionnaires, as well as workspace usage.

The Workspaces dashboard can also display how many reservations occur on a certain date/date range in the future (without questionnaire data). It also displays the number of room reservations, desk reservations, total reservations, and users making reservations. Account owners and admins can view the workspace metrics of different departments and select dates in the future on the dashboard to view reservations and reservation details for future bookings.

How to access the Workspaces Dashboard

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Dashboard.
  3. In the top tab menu, click the ellipsis , then select Workspaces.
  4. Click the Workspaces tab.

Filter the Workspaces Dashboard

  1. (Optional) To view the total workspace, select how you want to filter your metrics at the top of the page:
    • Select a Time Range or select a specific date range.
    • In the Location dropdown, select a floor.
      Note: Only locations with workspaces can be displayed.

The metric will provide values for Total Workspaces, Workspace Reservation Rate, Check In Rate, and Utilization Rate. Each metric is defined below.

How to view the Workspaces dashboard charts

After you access and filter the Workspaces dashboard, you can view your dashboard's charts.

On each chart, you can view more information about your account's workspaces.

Download Workspace usage report (User & Workspace Report)

  1. To view more information about the desks or rooms usage, to the right of Workspace usage (from your specified time), click the download button .
    A CSV file will download on your computer, exporting the date and time when users book workspace reservations. The time of booking data allows admins to analyze overall usage patterns and usage patterns during business hours.
  2. Confirm the date and time of the reservation booking in the User & Workspace Report.

How to download a CSV report

You can download a CSV report for the Workspace Reservation Rate, Reservation Questionnaire Results, and Pre-Check In Questionnaire Results metrics.

  1. Access the Workspaces dashboard.
  2. At the top of the page, set filters for the dashboard metrics and charts.
  3. On the metric or chart that you want to download as a CSV file, click the download button .
    A CSV file will download on your computer.

The CSV report will download with details about room and desk reservations. The reports will include the reservation date, time, user who reserved, desk/room name, and department.
