Enabling or disabling workspace reservation recommendations

Account owners and admins can enable or disable workspace reservation recommendation for workspace reservations. This feature makes it easier for users to find a workspace to book, instead of manually looking through the reservation map to find an available spot. Account owners and admins can also choose if they want suggestions for desks, rooms, or days of the week to come into the office. Additionally, they can select all the checkboxes or just the options that they want.

Workspace Reservation will recommend desks, rooms, and days for users to reserve a workspace. Users can accept the recommendation or select a different day or workspace. One this setting is open, select at least one type of recommendation below.

How to enable or disable workspace reservation recommendation

Account

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Workspaces Management then Workspaces.
  3. Click Account Settings to enable this setting for the entire account.
  4. Under Basic, click the Workspace Reservation recommendations toggle to enable or disable it.
  5. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
