Viewing Feature entitlement and membership reports
Zoom Phone Feature entitlement and membership reports allow account owners and admins to view phone users with access to certain features. You can see a summary of phone users or see a list of specific phone users with access to these features. Learn more about enabling or disabling features from the list of Zoom Phone policy settings.
Note: Feature entitlement and membership reports are separate from the Zoom Phone usage reports.
Requirements for viewing feature entitlement and membership reports
- Business or Education account
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Zoom Phone license (any license that includes Zoom Phone Pro features)
- Zoom Phone Power Pack add-on
How to manage the Feature entitlement and membership reports
Access Feature entitlement and membership reports
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Analytics & Reports.
- Click Feature entitlement and membership reports.
Filter Feature entitlement and membership reports
- Access Feature entitlement and membership reports.
- Use these options to filter data:
- Key User Settings Percentages: Displays the percentage of total users in the account that have access to each feature. Click the ellipsis icon (...) to select more features to display.
- Site drop-down menu: If you have multiple sites, select the site to view data from a specific site.
- Export: Export data currently viewable in the table to a CSV file.
- Search by department / Search by cost center: If you have configured departments or cost centers, enter keywords to search by the assigned department or cost center.
Access the Subscription Center
- Access Feature entitlement and membership reports.
- In the top-right corner, click Subscription Center.
You will be directed to the Subscription Center.
How to view available data
View the Key User Settings Percentages overview
Displays the percentage of total users in the account that have access to each feature.
- Access Feature entitlement and membership reports.
- In the Summary section, view the Key User Settings Percentages data.
- To filter data, in the top-right corner, click the ellipsis
to select more features to display, then click Confirm.
View feature entitlement and membership reports
- Access Feature entitlement and membership reports.
- In the Details section, filter the report:
- Search field: Enter keywords to search by name, extension, or number.
- Group dropdown: Select a group to only display data for that specific group.
- Site dropdown: Select a site to only display data for that specific site.
- Department/Cost Center: Filter the data by entering the department or cost center for which you want to view call logs.
- (Optional) In the top-right corner, click Export to CSV to download the information in a CSV file.
- View the following info:
- Name: Profile display name and email of the phone user.
- Ext: Extension number of the phone user.
- Package: Displays the user's Zoom Phone packages and add-ons.
- Department / Cost Center (only visible if you configured departments or cost centers): Associated department or cost center of the phone user.
- Site (only visible if you have multiple sites): Associated site of the phone user.
- Visible features:
- In the top-right corner, click the gear icon
to select more information to display, then click Confirm.
