Finding your MAC address (HaaS devices)


To exchange your Hardware as a Service (HaaS) device with another of the same model you will need the media access control (MAC) address.

How to find the MAC address

  1. Open the Apple menu and click System Preferences. 
  2. Click Network, then click the entry for your internet connection displayed on the left. 
  3. Click Advanced, then click Hardware, Ethernet, or AirPort (whichever one appears).
  4. The address is the string of letters and numbers displayed next to the entry for Mac Address, or Ethernet ID, or AirPort ID.
