Enabling device operation time for Zoom Phone Appliances

Account owners and admins can set the device operation time so that Zoom Phone Appliances are in power saving mode after business hours. 

Notes:

• Device operation time for Zoom Phone Appliances is set at the Device Management account level only and cannot be set for each device individually.

• Zoom Phone appliances

How to enable device operation time for Zoom Phone Appliances

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin.
2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture or initials, then click Admin Center.
3. In the side menu, click Product Configuration .
4. Click Devices, then Device List.
5. In the upper-right corner, click Account Settings.
6. Click the Zoom Phone Appliance tab.
7. Under General, click the Device Operation Time toggle to enable or disable it.
8. If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
9. Under Set the operation time for your devices, set the start time, then click OK, and set the end time and click OK.
10. Select the desired days for your device operation time.
11. Click Save.
12. (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
