Exercise caution if you receive a suspicious or unexpected email appearing to come from Zoom that’s not from one of the IPs listed above. If you receive a suspicious email from Zoom, you can report it by submitting a request to Zoom’s Trust & Safety team. To help prevent fraudulent or suspicious emails, we encourage organizations to consider enabling a DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) policy that rejects emails that fail DKIM and SPF.

Solution 3: Verify the email address entered in Zoom

Verify and update your profile email address

An incorrect email address can prevent Zoom from delivering OTP (one-time passcode) verification emails. As a member of an account, you can verify the sign-in email address in your profile and update it as necessary.

  1. Sign in to your  Zoom profile.
  2. Locate Sign-In Email
  3. Check for typing errors, including incorrect domains such as .cojp instead of .co.jp.
  4. To the right of Sign-In Email, click Edit to update your email address if it’s incorrect.
  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. Verify the mailbox exists and can receive emails from other senders.

Verify and resend your user's activation or invitation email

An incorrect email address can prevent Zoom from delivering activation or invitation emails. As the account owner or admin, you can verify the email address you entered when adding the user and resend the invitation email.

Note: This solution can be performed by the account owner or admin. If you're a member, verify your profile email address using the section above.
  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as the account owner or admin.
  2. In the top-right, click your initials or profile picture, then click Admin Center.
  3. In the side menu, click Users.
  4. Click Users.
  5. Click the Pending tab, then locate the affected user.
  6. Confirm that the listed email address is correct and accessible.
  7. If the address is incorrect, do the following:
    • Click Delete to remove the user.
    • Click the Users tab, then click Add Users to re-add the user and re-invite them with the correct address.
  8. If the address is correct, click Resend to resend the invitation email.
Note: Activation emails expire after 30 days. Resending the email generates a new activation period. Wait at least 24 hours before resending.

Solution 4: Refresh your email settings using Zoom Virtual Agent

If you have verified your email address and checked your spam folder but still do not receive Zoom emails, your email address may be blocked from receiving Zoom messages.

  1. Access the Zoom Support site .
  2. In the bottom-right corner, click the Zoom Virtual Agent icon.
  3. Enter:
I haven't received an email to activate my account.
  4. Provide the affected email address when prompted.
The virtual agent will refresh your email settings and send you a test email for verification. You'll then receive a notification that your email has been restored.
  5. Sign in to your account with your email address.
Note: If you do not receive the test email, please review the troubleshooting steps above.
