Available for use outside any bookable space, the Scheduling Display is designed to be able to view or reserve not only the room it is associated with but also any other bookable room in the building. Featuring a certified Zoom Rooms Controller running in the Scheduling Display mode, this design leverages a small touch screen tablet. The Check-In feature maximizes room utilization by removing bookings on the calendar if no one checks in the space within a designated timeframe from the start time of the booking.
