Zoom Workplace is Zoom's all-in-one collaboration platform, not a separate product or premium tier. Zoom's base plans (Basic, Pro, Business, and Enterprise) are all Zoom Workplace plans. While most people know Zoom for video meetings, Zoom Workplace encompasses the full platform: Meetings, Chat, Phone, Mail, Calendar, Clips, My Notes, Whiteboards, and more, all with AI features built-in. The features and capabilities available to you depend on your specific plan type, add-ons, and assigned permissions.
