You can view, manage, and schedule meetings from the Zoom web portal, the Zoom desktop client, the Zoom mobile app, the web portal, or the Zoom Web App.
Upcoming lists any one-time or recurring meetings that you have scheduled, or scheduled meetings for any users that you have scheduling privilege for. Recurring meetings with fixed dates and times will also be listed here for each scheduled date, but recurring meetings with no fixed time will be listed at the bottom of the list, as they do not have a specific date and time associated with them.
If you have your calendar service connected with Zoom, use Zoom Calendar, or have Continuous Meeting Chat enabled, other upcoming events will appear in the upcoming meetings, including events scheduled with no associated Zoom Meeting. Calendar events with no associated Zoom Meeting or Webinar details will be indicated as Not a Zoom meeting.
For upcoming events with associated Zoom meeting or webinar details, you can click the event to view additional options, such as start or join the meeting, edit the settings, delete the meeting, copy the invitation, and more.
Recorded lists any previous meetings that you recorded to the cloud or this computer and see the file path of the recording. If you click a cloud recording, you will have the option to open it in your default browser. If you select a local recording, you will have the option to play the video file, play the audio file, open the folder where the recording files are located or delete the files.
The mobile apps only lists upcoming meetings and do not provide access to your cloud recordings.

Note: The web portal does not display upcoming events synced from an integrated calendar service. For viewing your scheduled meetings and other calendar events in one central location, view your upcoming meetings on the Zoom desktop app, Zoom mobile app, or the Zoom Web app.
It will list the date, time, topic, and Meeting ID. You can select Start to begin the meeting or edit the meeting.
Under Previous, you can view any past meetings. It will list meetings from the past 30 days.

You can start this meeting, or scroll down and click Edit to edit your Personal Meeting Room. You cannot change the topic of your Personal Meeting Room.
