You can view, manage, and schedule meetings from the Zoom web portal, the Zoom desktop client, the Zoom mobile app, the web portal, or the Zoom Web App.
Upcoming lists any one-time or recurring meetings that you have scheduled, or scheduled meetings for any users that you have scheduling privilege for. You can click the meeting to view additional options, such as start the meeting, edit the settings, delete the meeting, copy the invitation, and more.
Recorded lists any previous meetings that you recorded to the cloud or this computer and see the file path of the recording. If you click a cloud recording, you will have the option to open it in your default browser. If you select a local recording, you will have the option to play the video file, play the audio file, open the folder where the recording files are located or delete the files.
You can view, edit, start, and delete scheduled upcoming one-time or recurring meetings from the Zoom Web App.
Here are listed any one-time or recurring meetings that you have scheduled, or scheduled meetings for any users that you have scheduling privilege for. Upcoming Meetings will list all scheduled one-time and recurring meetings. It will also list any meetings for users that you have scheduling privilege for.
It will list the date, time, topic, and Meeting ID. You can select Start to begin the meeting or edit the meeting.
Under Previous, you can view any past meetings. It will list meetings from the past 30 days.

Under Personal Room, you can view your personal meeting room settings.
You can start this meeting, or scroll down and click Edit to edit your Personal Meeting Room. You cannot change the topic of your Personal Meeting Room.
