Viewing scheduled meetings

You can view your scheduled meetings across multiple platforms, including the Zoom Workplace desktop app, Zoom Workplace mobile app, Zoom Web App, and Zoom web portal. The steps and navigation options may vary depending on the platform and whether calendar and contacts integration is enabled. Scheduled meetings can be accessed from the Home, Calendar, or Meetings tab. When enabled, calendar and contacts integration syncs your existing calendar service (Zoom Calendar, Google, Office 365, or Exchange) to display your meetings in Zoom.

How to view scheduled meetings

View scheduled meetings with calendar and contacts integration enabled

If you have synchronized your third-party calendar service with Zoom, follow the steps below to view a scheduled meeting.
 
Windows | macOS | Linux

View from the Home tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Click the Home tab image2.png.
    You will see the meetings scheduled for the day by default.
  3. (Optional) You can do the following to view other meetings:

View from the Calendar tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Click the Calendar tab  .
    The right side will show your upcoming events by default.
    Note: You can click on a scheduled meeting to view the details.
  3. (Optional) On the top-right, click the down arrow  and click one of these options: 

 

Android | iOS

View from the Home tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
  2. Tap the Home tab . You will see the upcoming meetings scheduled for the day onwards.
  3. (Optional) If you do not see the Home tab, tap More , then tap Home .
  4. (Optional) Swipe down to see more scheduled meetings.

View from the Calendar tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
  2. Tap the Calendar tab image4.png.
  3. (Optional) If you do not see the Calendar tab, tap the More tab , then tap Calendar image4.png.
    You will see the meetings scheduled for the day by default.
  4. (Optional) You can do the following actions:
    • Swipe right to view previous scheduled meetings.
    • Swipe right to view future scheduled meetings.
    • In the week view, tap the down arrow to show the calendar, then tap the date you want to view.
  5. (Optional) On the top right, tap on the agenda icon clipboard-list-icon.png and tap on one of these options:
Web app
You can view scheduled upcoming one-time or recurring meetings from the Zoom Web App.

View from the Home tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Web App.
  2. Click the Home tab .
    You will see the meetings scheduled for the day by default. 
  3. (Optional) You can do the following to view other meetings:
    • Next to Today, click the back arrow  to view previous scheduled meetings.
    • Click the forward arrow to view future meetings.

View from the Meetings tab

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Web App.
  2. Click the Meetings tab .
  3. (Optional) If you do not see the Meetings tab, click the More tab , then click the Meetings .
    You will see the upcoming meetings scheduled for the day onwards.
  4. (Optional) Scroll down to see more scheduled meetings.
Web
  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Meetings, then Upcoming.
    Note: By default, it shows upcoming meetings for the next 90 days. You can change the date range to view more meetings beyond the current view.
  3. Click the Previous tab to view past scheduled meetings.

View scheduled meetings with calendar and contacts integration disabled

If you have not synchronized your third-party calendar service with Zoom, follow the steps below to view a scheduled meeting.

    • Next to Today, click the back arrow to view previous scheduled meetings.
    • Click the forward arrow  to view future meetings.
    • Next to the current date, click the down arrow  and click the date you want to view meetings for.

View from the Meeting tab
