Syncing OnZoom events to your calendar
Note: OnZoom is only available to the US market as of launch; OnZoom will be available globally at a later date.
You can sync your registered OnZoom events to your Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCal calendar for convenient viewing. If you have calendar and contacts integration set up, OnZoom events will be synced to your Zoom desktop client as well. This feature is useful for tracking multiple events and easy accessibility.

How to sync OnZoom events from the confirmation page
You can sync OnZoom events once the confirmation page appears after you complete the checkout process.
To sync from the confirmation page:
- Register for a free or paid OnZoom event.
- Once you have completed registration, click Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCal to sync the event to your calendar.
Note: If you aren't already signed-in to your calendar's account, you will be prompted to do so. If you are prompted to give Zoom permission to sync with your calendar's account, click Allow. - Ensure that you are redirected to your calendar where you can see the newly synced OnZoom event.
How to sync OnZoom events from the Tickets page
To sync from the Tickets page:
- Sign in to OnZoom.
- In the top-right corner, click Tickets.
The list of events you have registered for will appear. - Under the Upcoming tab, find the event you want to add to your calendar, then click View Order.
- Click Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCal to sync the event to your calendar.
Note: If you aren't already signed-in to your calendar's account, you will be prompted to do so. If you are prompted to give Zoom access to link with your calendar's account, click Allow. - Ensure that you are redirected to your calendar where you can see the newly synced OnZoom event.
