Intended for use as digital signage to show various content or to share your screen, Digital Signage does not require a separate Zoom Rooms license as long as there is at least a single Zoom Rooms license deployed in your company.
Digital Signage can be used to wirelessly share content via a sharing key or Airplay, and can also be invited to a Zoom meeting via auto-answer but cannot start a meeting.
Note: Mounting display in the ceiling typically requires Zoom PSO or certified ProAV integrator to design and deploy.
