To add a password login to your Google, Apple, or Facebook login:

- Go to the Zoom sign up page.
- Enter your date of birth for verification.
- Enter the email address that matches your Google, Apple, Single Sign On (SSO), or Facebook login.

You will receive an email with sign up instructions; click Activate Account. - Enter your desired password twice.
Note: Ensure that your password meets the requirements. - Click Continue.

How to troubleshoot password issues
Reset your password
If you sign in with your email address and password, you can reset your password at Zoom's Forgot your password? page. For more information, see Resetting your Zoom password.
Receiving a "This Zoom Account Does Not Exist" error message
If you receive a message that states "This Zoom account does not exist", you may have set up an account with a Google, Apple, or Facebook login. Try logging in with one of those platforms and reset your password with them if necessary.
You can also set up a secondary login to your Zoom account with the same email address by adding a password login.
