Zoom takes abusive behavior on its platform seriously and aims to ensure your Zoom experience is secure. If you need to report an incident that you believe violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Guidelines, you can do so by the options listed below:

How to report abusive behavior or content to Zoom’s Trust & Safety team

When reporting abusive behavior or content to Zoom’s Trust & Safety team, please include as much relevant detail as possible, such as a clear description of what occurred, how it was received, and any supporting materials. The URL of where the abuse occurred is especially helpful for Zoom’s Trust & Safety team to locate and review the content in question properly.

  1. Open the Trust & Safety request form.
  2. Enter your name and email address.
  3. Under What can we help you with?, select Report Abusive Behavior or Content.
  4. Under Where did the abuse happen?, choose where this behavior occurred. Please note that any specific information you can include, such as a URL of where the abuse occurred, is helpful for us to properly locate and review the content in question.
  5. Under What happened?, choose the type of abusive behavior or content that best relates to what you’re reporting.
  6. Enter a description of what occurred to assist with the investigation.
  7. (Optional) Upload any attachments as needed.
    Note: If you are reporting child sexual exploitation and abuse material ("CSEA"), do not share, download, or upload any sensitive content, as doing so could be deemed criminal. Learn more about Zoom's commitment and approach to preventing CSEA.
  8. Click Submit.
