Testing device performance for Zoom Events

The system-readiness tool checks if your system meets the minimum requirements needed to enjoy the optimal Zoom Events experience. The test provides users with recommendations based on the results. Test results are not stored.

Attendees and speakers can open the tool from their desktop or mobile device's browser, and conduct the test without additional input.

You can use the system-readiness tool to identify if your device and network connection meet the minimum requirements needed to enjoy the optimal Zoom Events experience.

Test your device's readiness in the event lobby

Desktop web

  1. Join an event lobby on a web browser.
  2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture.
  3. Click Test My Device.

The system check page will appear; this page will display the recommendations for the best experience on Zoom Events.

Mobile web

  1. Join an event lobby on your mobile web browser.
  2. In the top-right corner, tap the 3 horizontal lines to access the menu.
  3. Tap Test My Device.

Test your device's readiness on the event details page

  1. Access the event details page of a Zoom Event.
  2. On the event details page, click Test My Device.
