Starting/joining a meeting from Zoom Room
There are several ways to join or start a meeting from a Zoom Room. If your Zoom Room is integrated with a calendar service, you start from the scheduled meeting list. You can also join by calling out or entering a meeting ID.

How to start a scheduled meeting as the host
- Tap Home on the Zoom Room controller.
- Tap the topic of your scheduled meeting.
Note: To display meetings from a calendar service, you must integrate the Zoom Room with Google Calendar, Office 365, Exchange 2016/13, or Exchange 2010. - Tap Start.
How to start an instant meeting
- Tap Contacts in the left panel.
- Tap a contact you want to meet with.
- Tap Meet to start an instant meeting.
How to join a meeting using the meeting ID
- Tap Home in the left panel.
- Tap Join and enter the meeting ID using the number pad.
- Tap Join.
Notes:
- If multiple Zoom Rooms join a meeting, the first one to join becomes the meeting host. If you're supposed to be the host, you can claim host privileges by using the host key. You can only claim host privileges if your Zoom Room is on the same account as the host's account.
- If the meeting requires a passcode and it is incorrectly entered 10 times, the Zoom Room will be locked for 30 minutes.
How to join a meeting using meeting history
- Tap Home in the left panel.
- Tap Join then tap the icon to display recently-joined meetings.
- Tap the meeting topic to join.
Note: The meeting history list only displays meetings that were joined by entering the meeting ID.
