Resetting your forgotten Zoom password
If you forgot your Zoom password, you can reset it using Zoom's reset password page. This only applies to Zoom accounts that use an email address and password to sign in.
If you sign in with a third-party platform such as Facebook, Apple, Google, or your organization's SSO, you must reset your password through that provider instead of Zoom.

How to troubleshoot common password reset issues
Account does not exist
If you received a message that no account was found when you attempted to reset your password, this means that Zoom's system did not find a Zoom account to match the email address and password-login credentials that you entered.
- Verify that the email address was entered correctly.
- Sign in using your Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft account if you normally use one of those providers.
Note: If you forgot the password for Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, reset your password with that provider before signing in to Zoom. - If you're part of a business or education account that uses Single Sign-On (SSO), sign in through your organization's vanity URL, for example, myorganization.zoom.us.
Didn't receive a confirmation email
If you didn't receive the confirmation email to reset your password:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Confirm that no-reply@zoom.us is allowed in your inbox.
- Wait up to 30 minutes, as some email providers may delay delivery.
- If the email does not arrive, request another password reset.
Password reset link has expired
Zoom's reset-password links stay valid for 24 hours or until you request another password reset email.
If your password reset link has expired:
- Return to zoom.us/forgot_password and request a new password reset.
- If you requested multiple password reset emails, use only the most recent email, as earlier reset links become invalid.
- Avoid requesting additional reset emails until all pending emails have been delivered.
