Adding phone numbers to your profile card

You can add up to 3 external phone numbers to your profile on the Zoom web portal. These phone numbers will appear on your profile card in the Zoom Workplace desktop and mobile app. Users can view your profile card by hovering over or tapping your profile picture. When adding an external number, Zoom will prompt you to verify it before it appears in your profile.

Note: If you have Zoom Phone direct numbers, they will automatically display under Direct Number on your profile card in the desktop or mobile app. You don't need to add your Zoom Phone numbers to your profile.

How to add phone numbers to your profile on the Zoom web portal

The Zoom web portal allows you to manage your phone numbers.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Profile.
  3. Under Personal information, to the right of Phone, click Add Phone Number.
    An Add Phone Number pop-up window will appear.
  4. (Optional) Under Select a label, click the drop-down menu to apply a label to the phone number; for example, Mobile, Office, Home, or Fax.
    Labels will be visible to other users when they search for you in the Zoom desktop client or mobile app, including Zoom Phone and SMS.
  5. Under Enter your phone number, provide the following information:

  7. Verify your phone number with a text message (SMS).

How to edit your phone number on your profile

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Profile.
  3. Under Personal information, to the right of the phone number you want to delete, click Edit.
  4. Edit the details of your phone number.
  5. Verify your phone number with a text message (SMS).

How to delete your phone number on your profile

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Profile.
  3. Under Personal information, to the right of the phone number you want to delete, click Delete.
    A confirmation window will appear.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Confirm to delete your phone number.
