You can add up to 3 external phone numbers to your profile on the Zoom web portal. When adding an external number, Zoom will prompt you to verify it before it appears in your profile. These phone numbers will appear on your profile card in the Zoom desktop client and mobile app. Users can view your profile card by hovering over or tapping your profile picture.

Adding your phone number to your profile will also simplify your Zoom Technical Support and Billing Support experience. Upon calling Zoom Technical Support, you will not need to authenticate with Meeting ID or Host Key. When a Zoom Technical Support or Billing Agents answers your call, your phone call will be automatically linked to your email address, Zoom account ID, and previous tickets, helping you get straight to the problem at hand.

Note: If you have Zoom Phone direct numbers, they will automatically display under Direct Number in your profile card in the desktop client or mobile app. You don't need to add your Zoom Phone numbers to your profile.

How to add phone numbers to your profile on the Zoom web portal

The Zoom web portal allows you to manage your phone numbers. Any changes made will reflect across devices where your Zoom account is signed in.

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Profile.
3. Under Personal, to the right of Phone, click Add Phone Number.
   An Add Phone Number pop-up window will appear.
4. (Optional) Under Select a label, click the drop-down menu to apply a label to the phone number; for example, Mobile, Office, Home, or Fax.
   Labels will be visible to other users when they search for you in the Zoom desktop client or mobile app, including Zoom Phone and SMS.
5. Under Enter your phone number, provide the following information:
   • Click the Country/Region drop-down menu and select your phone number's country/region.
   • In the Phone Number text box, enter your phone number.
6. Click Continue.
7. Verify your phone number with a text message (SMS).

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Profile.
3. Under Personal, to the right of the phone number you want to delete, click Edit.
4. Edit the details of your phone number.
5. Verify your phone number with a text message (SMS).

How to delete your phone number on your profile

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Profile.
3. Under Personal, to the right of the phone number you want to delete, click Delete.
   A confirmation window will appear.
4. In the confirmation window, click Confirm to delete your phone number.
