- Enhancements to link sharing permissions
Zoom Whiteboard can be shared with users outside of an account or with those who do not have a Zoom Account. In addition to being able to view the whiteboard, external viewers can also comment on and/or edit it.

- Quickly access last used whiteboard in meetings
Users can access their last used whiteboard directly from the Screen Share menu in Zoom meetings. The dashboard will default to the last opened whiteboards in that meeting. The whiteboard automatically opens in collaborate mode, without needing to go through the permissions window. - Ability to upload SVG and PNG files to shapes library
Users can upload SVG and PNG files to the shape library, increasing the variety of shapes available. - Support for canvas background color
Users can change the background color of their canvas from the Whiteboard settings. Changing the background color will update it for everyone collaborating on the whiteboard. This allows users to create a visually appealing workspace that suits their preferences. - Enhancements to Miro content importer
The Miro content importer has been updated with new features, including transparency for shape fills, fixes for text grouping errors, and better background color options for frames and shapes. Pages now align more closely with original PDF exports, and text and font scaling within shapes and text boxes has been improved. Arrowheads in flowcharts point correctly, Miro tables convert smoothly to Zoom Whiteboard tables, and symbols and letters (e.g., ">" vs. "V") are oriented properly. In addition, the order of overlapping shapes and lines has been improved and connector labels are now supported.

- Ability to restrict external link sharing for Zoom Whiteboard
Admins can disable external link sharing within their organization. If the Allow external link sharing checkbox is unchecked in the admin portal under the Sharing section, the option Anyone can access is disabled in the share sheet. A tooltip displays "Your admin has disabled this function" when users attempt to share a link externally. This feature gives admins more control over external collaboration while still allowing external users to be invited. - Email and team chat notifications management for Whiteboard
Account owners and admins can manage email and team chat notifications for Zoom Whiteboard. They can disable email and team chat notifications for the entire organization or specific groups. Users can also turn email and team chat notifications on or off at an individual level. However, notifications for permission requests remain enabled by default. This feature allows organizations to reduce notification noise and control the volume of emails received related to Whiteboard activities. - Enhancements to default access level settings
Admins can set the default access level for Anyone as Editor or Commenter in the Whiteboard Sharing Defaults section of the admin settings. Previously, the default access level for Anyone was limited to Viewer. This enhancement enables more flexible collaboration scenarios, as the default access level is applied to users' shared whiteboards.

Notifications will be displayed to inform users if meeting participants cannot collaborate on a whiteboard opened in a meeting because they have out of meeting sharing disabled. - Notification for exceeding maximum size of individual whiteboard
Users are notified when a whiteboard has exceeded its maximum size. Board owners and co-owners with non-Plus licenses can clear the version history to free up space. Billing admins with non-Plus licenses also have the option to upgrade their license. This feature helps ensure users can continue collaborating on whiteboards without exceeding storage limits. - Annotation with stamps, stickers, emojis, and GIFs
Users can add stamps, stickers, emojis, and GIFs to the Zoom Whiteboard canvas. A new submenu houses these annotation tools, allowing users to add them consecutively on the canvas. Stamps will be added as an annotation tool, while stickers, emojis, and GIFs can be added one by one. This feature provides a more engaging and expressive way for users to give feedback and collaborate on visual documents. - Cast Zoom Whiteboard in a room
Users can open a previously created Zoom Whiteboard in a nearby room with a simple workflow. The Open this WB in a room option appears if the admin has enabled the Show Pair and Save setting. This new flow simplifies the process of sharing and collaborating on whiteboards across devices. - Restrict viewer actions on shared whiteboards
Owners and co-owners can restrict viewers from exporting, duplicating, downloading content, or making templates from their whiteboards. By default, all actions are enabled for viewers. Owners can choose whether the restrictions apply to all viewers or only external viewers. This feature gives document owners greater control over how their whiteboards are accessed and used by viewers. - Connectors added to shapes library
Users can now conveniently access connectors directly from the shapes panel. New connector options include Straight Line, Straight Arrow, Elbowed Arrow, and Curved Arrow. Connectors are grouped under a dedicated folder within the shapes panel, enabling users to swiftly add them alongside shapes. - Sticky notes duplication
Users can easily duplicate sticky notes side by side on the whiteboard using the CMD+D shortcut. The duplicated sticky notes are placed at the next available position without overlapping, allowing users to rapidly jot down ideas or content. When duplicating frames, both the frame and its content are copied, keeping the content within the new frame.

Users can easily re-open the whiteboards they previously had open during a meeting using a back to dashboard button, instead of having to start a new whiteboard each time. This feature provides a quick way for users to find and access their last-opened or modified whiteboards within the same meeting, enabling smooth collaboration and continuity in their workflows. - Enhancements to tag objects on canvas
Users can create and assign tags to objects like sticky notes and cards on the canvas. Tags are accessible to all editors and above at the board level. Users can quickly apply a new or existing tag to a card or note from the halo menu. Users can also create and manage tags from the board options menu. This feature allows users to easily label and organize content on the canvas. - My saved shapes collections
Users with a Whiteboard Plus license can save custom shapes and objects they create to a personal content library in Zoom Whiteboard. This library is searchable and allows users to categorize and organize their saved content. Objects saved to the library can be retrieved and placed on canvases with a single click. Users also gain access to save objects to the library through the object overflow menu or by drag and drop. The ability to build and maintain personal shape libraries enhances diagramming workflows and encourages content reuse. - Enhancements to flowcharting and diagramming
Users can quickly access and add shapes, lines, and connectors to build flowcharts in Zoom Whiteboard. The entry point to flowchart shapes is more obvious, with a description under the All Shapes button indicating where to find them. Users can also drag and drop shapes from the panel onto the canvas. Additionally, a Decision diamond shape has been added to the flowchart section, making it easier to create decision points in flowcharts. The time to show the dotted outline for quick shape creation has been reduced, improving the overall experience when creating flowcharts and diagrams. - Swimlane component for flowchart diagrams
Users can add a swimlane component to the canvas for creating flowchart diagrams. They can change the orientation of the swimlane, add rows or columns, and change the color of cells. When the orientation is row-labeled, the text appears vertically as per standard swimlane design. Moving the swimlane around the canvas moves all the objects inside it. This feature allows users to visualize processes with multiple levels in an intuitive way, improving their diagramming experience. - Enhanced Whiteboard follower experience
Users can enjoy a gentle, smooth follower experience when viewing another participant's cursor movements on the Zoom Whiteboard canvas. The user's cursor is centered on the screen, and there is a smooth panning transition when following cursor movements so users can easily understand how others are navigating the whiteboard. - Mouse wheel support for canvas navigation
Users can use a mouse wheel to scroll and zoom in and out of the Zoom Whiteboard canvas. The application automatically detects whether a user is scrolling on a mouse or trackpad and adjusts the behavior accordingly. Users can choose their preferred method of navigation, such as using the mouse wheel to zoom or panning with a right-click and drag. This provides a flexible way to navigate and interact with the canvas, especially for first-time users who may be unfamiliar with keyboard shortcuts. - Increased whiteboard storage capacity for Whiteboard Plus users
Whiteboard Plus users can now add more content to their whiteboards with an increased maximum board size of 1GB. This increased storage capacity allows for more flexibility and collaboration when working on whiteboards. - Option to hide legal disclaimer on Zoom Whiteboard canvas
Users can choose to hide the legal disclaimer at the bottom of the Zoom Whiteboard canvas by checking the do not show again option. This feature allows users to declutter their canvas view and maximize the available workspace. Once the disclaimer is hidden, it will no longer appear, providing a distraction-free environment for collaboration and ideation.

Account owners and admins can set whether external users can access and edit whiteboards within their organization. When disabling external sharing, a warning is provided to admins about the impact of the change, and all external collaborators are removed from whiteboards. This ensures consistent behavior for external collaboration both inside and outside of meetings.
- User features
- Support for advanced search in Whiteboard
Users can perform content searches within whiteboards directly from the dashboard by keyword or text string, with features like filtering query results and a dropdown that populates with relevant matches. This enhancement improves user experience and productivity by making it easier and faster to locate specific whiteboards based on their content, including shapes, sticky notes, and text boxes, even if the board name or creation date is forgotten. - Enhancements to whiteboard access management
Users can easily see their roles in documents and ask for higher access levels, with requests sent straight to the document owner. Clear signals show when a user can only comment or has lower access levels. In addition, users can ask for permanent access if they're temporarily limited. - Easy access to whiteboards after meetings
Links to whiteboards will be added in the in-meeting chat and continuous meeting chat (CMC) after a whiteboard is closed in the meeting. Users can click on the link to open the whiteboard in a standalone window or request access if they were not part of the original meeting. The link also provides a preview of the whiteboard, similar to how shared whiteboards appear in the chat. - Enhancements to the Whiteboard canvas
Several enhancements have been made to the Whiteboard canvas. These include:
- Adjusting the behavior of the toolbar so that it doesn't scroll when compressed but instead drops items into the More menu.
- Enabling objects to snap to the grid as they are dragged when the snap-to-grid feature is active.
- Moving the undo/redo function from the corner of the screen and relocating the pan tool to the same spot.
- Displaying icons next to board settings and in right-click menus.
- Providing an option to clear either the entire board or individual pages from an easily accessible location outside the page navigation.
- Simplified whiteboard opening experience on mobile and tablet devices
Account owners and admins can simplify the process of opening a new whiteboard for users on touch devices like mobile phones and tablets during meetings. The new design streamlines the steps required to start a new whiteboard session, providing a smoother and more intuitive experience for touch device users. This enhancement aims to improve the overall user experience and increase productivity for mobile and tablet users who frequently utilize the whiteboard feature. - Embed Zoom Whiteboard into Coda pages
Users can now embed Zoom Whiteboards into Coda pages. The embedded whiteboard provides a view-only experience, allowing users to view and pan the whiteboard directly in a Coda. Document owners can control whether their whiteboard can be embedded in third-party applications.

- Enhanced admin controls over whiteboard commenting
Admins can easily enable or disable the ability for users to add and view comments on whiteboards. By default, commenting is enabled for all users, groups and accounts. Disabling commenting prevents users from adding or editing comments on boards they own, while existing comments remain visible. The new settings allow admins to selectively control commenting as needed, improving oversight and governance. Users retain access to existing comments, but cannot edit them if commenting is disabled. - Temporarily override whiteboard sharing restrictions during meetings
Zoom has updated the behavior around whiteboard collaboration during meetings. If a meeting host or whiteboard editor with sharing permissions opens a whiteboard in a meeting, all participants can edit it temporarily, even if the owner's cloud sharing settings would normally restrict access. This enables real-time collaboration without overriding the owner's sharing preferences. Once the meeting ends, the normal sharing restrictions are enforced again. This balances flexibility for in-meeting collaboration with overall whiteboard security and access controls.

- Ability to convert between canvas object types
Users can convert between different canvas object types like notes, text boxes, shapes and cards. When converting an object, attributes like color, text formatting and connectors are retained. This gives users more flexibility when collaborating on canvases. For example, users can convert a text box into a sticky note if that better fits their needs. Square sticky notes can also be converted into rectangular sticky notes. Comments and annotations on objects are preserved during conversions. The key benefit is increased productivity and usability when working with canvases. - Open pen tool by default for new whiteboards
The pen tool now opens by default when users access an empty whiteboard. This enhancement ensures that users can easily access annotation tools without unnecessary navigation. This change applies only to new whiteboards without existing content, both in-meeting and out of meeting. - Extend facilitation tools to the users based on meeting roles
Previously restricted to editors and higher roles, facilitation tools such as Presentation, Timer, Laser Pointer, and All Eyes on Me are now accessible to all participants. A new customizable setting has been introduced, enabling hosts to define who can use facilitation features during the meeting. This setting is available within in-meeting whiteboard options, ensuring inclusivity and enhancing engagement across platforms. - Filter content within a multi-selection

Users can add comments to any object in Whiteboard using the object's halo menu. Comments can be added successively to the same object. This provides an easy way for multiple users to discuss and provide feedback on specific Whiteboard elements. - Display all Whiteboard product features to users

Whiteboards will consistently initiate in Follow mode, regardless of initiator's intent. This ensures everyone can seamlessly navigate and contribute during collaborative brainstorming sessions. Previously, users on large screens (Zoom Rooms/desktop) may have experienced confusion when a whiteboard was launched in collaboration mode. This is because the initiator often used the Follow mode intended for presentations, making it difficult to navigate and contribute.

Enhancements to feedback gathering in Whiteboard now feature structured voting sessions. These improvements encompass the expansion of voting options to include various objects like Sticky Notes, Cards, Shapes, and more. Additionally, users can specify voting parameters, such as the number of votes per user and voting frequency, and export session results as CSV files, among other enhancements. - Enhancements to content arrangement
Users can arrange content on the Zoom Whiteboard canvas in new ways, including by type, creator, editor, color, status, date, and assignee using multi-select. For example, notes can be grouped by author or images can be arranged by status. These new arrangement options allow for more customized and logical content organization. - Enhancements to viewer interaction
Users with viewer permission can now navigate through pages of an embedded document and interact with links on the whiteboard canvas. Previously, viewers had limited interaction capabilities compared to editors. - Apply color preview to canvas objects
Users can now preview colors on hover for all canvas objects in the Zoom Whiteboard, including notes, tables, cards, annotations, connectors, lines, mind maps, and text boxes. Previously, the color preview only worked for shape fills and borders. It allows users to make more informed color choices while collaborating in real-time. The ability to preview colors for all canvas objects improves usability and productivity. - Enhancements to content organization
Users can now arrange content in three different modes:
- Columns: Content is placed in a single vertical column with uniform distances between each object and center alignment.
- Rows: Content is placed in a single horizontal row with uniform distances between each object and center alignment.
- Grid: Content is placed in an N x N grid with uniform vertical and horizontal distances between objects, providing enhanced flexibility in organizing information.
- Generate flow charts using Whiteboard Content Generation with AI Companion
Users can generate a flow chart directly using Whiteboard Content Generation with AI Companion. This feature enables users to initiate flow chart creation either by entering a prompt through AI Companion or within a specific shape. This enhancement simplifies the visualization and refinement of complex processes, enhancing workflow efficiency within the Zoom AI Companion environment.

Users within linked master and sub-accounts can collaborate without constraints, enabling them to freely share and exchange content. - Saving whiteboards in Zoom Rooms by email
Zoom has simplified the process of saving whiteboards in Zoom Rooms. Collaborators can now bypass the pairing process and save directly by just entering their email address. - Support for cross-cluster sharing and external users for Whiteboard Projects
Users can add external collaborators to their projects, expanding collaboration beyond internal teams. External users can assume roles such as viewer, commenter, editor, and co-owner, aligning with internal user permissions. This facilitates cross-cluster sharing, which enhances project visibility and accelerates decision-making processes. - Enhancements to comment notifications
Users have the ability to click on notifications received in the Zoom Activity Center when mentioned in a comment. Clicking on the notification takes users directly to the relevant board, navigating precisely to the area where they were mentioned. The system not only directs users to the specific board but also opens the comment panel, ensuring they immediately engage with the context of the mention. - Redirect users from classic Whiteboard to new Zoom Whiteboard
A new Zoom Whiteboard flow is in place, giving priority to the modernized new Zoom Whiteboard while still ensuring accessibility for classic Whiteboard users.
- When users click on the classic Whiteboard entry point, the system checks conditions to determine if the new Whiteboard can be opened.
- Eligible users, meeting the necessary conditions, are seamlessly redirected to the new Zoom Whiteboard, offering an upgraded meeting experience.
- Users have the option to switch back to the classic Whiteboard via their meeting settings. Under In Meeting (Basic) settings, users can click the Use Whiteboard by default if available toggle to seamlessly revert back to the classic Whiteboard in their next meeting.
- For users entering the new Zoom Whiteboard directly from the dedicated button on the meeting bar, the Back to Classic option is not available, ensuring a consistent environment for these users.
- Auto-generate frames
A new option enables users to automatically generate frames when they upload embedded documents to the Whiteboard. By default, this feature remains unchecked, providing users with flexibility according to their preferences. In instances where applicable, frames are labeled with corresponding slide titles, enhancing navigation convenience. - Show comments on hover
Users can swiftly preview comments directly from the board without entering individual threads. Comments are visible when hovering over the comment icon, providing a quick and convenient way to preview discussions. Comments in close proximity are intelligently grouped, ensuring a neat and organized presentation for enhanced user experience. - Additional sticky notes shapes
Zoom Whiteboard offers additional sticky note shapes, including 1:1.5 and 1:2 rectangles. This provides users more options to choose from, making it easier to find the right shape for their content. - Ability to see object pixel dimension
Users can optionally view the pixel height and width of an object while resizing it. - Consistent comment icon size
The comment icon size has been adjusted to remain constant, providing clarity and ease of use regardless of the zoom level.

The Zoom Whiteboard menus and UI now include language support for Swedish. - Support for image and document scaling sizes
Users have the ability to set the zoom level of an image or document on the canvas. Image and document resizing options are available in predefined increments, including 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 200%, and more, allowing precise control over the displayed size.

Support for group and individual level AI Companion controls has been implemented, enabling users to manage Whiteboard AI Companion settings at a more granular level. Previously, the Whiteboard AI Companion setting was restricted to the account level. - In-meeting collaboration setting
A new control has been added to manage temporary sharing specifically within meetings, resulting in external users following the intended sharing restrictions set by the board owner's admin.

- Ability to transfer whiteboard ownership
Whiteboard users who are board owners have the ability to transfer ownership of their boards to collaborators within the same board. External ownership transfers are restricted to maintain security and integrity. When ownership is transferred, the previous owner's role shifts to that of a co-owner, allowing them to maintain involvement. Once the transfer is complete, the previous owner can choose to leave the board if they wish, ensuring a smooth transition of ownership. - Ability to attach comments to specific object
Users can add comments directly to objects on the canvas, resulting in contextual information remaining intact even if the object is moved. - Ability to live preview a color on an object
Users have the ability to preview a color in real-time by hovering over a new color in the color picker. - Support for Recent section in templates dashboard
A new Recent section has been added to the templates dashboard, providing users with a convenient way to track and access the templates they have most recently utilized. - Simplify opening a new whiteboard
Users selecting a new whiteboard will be immediately taken to the canvas, allowing them to start collaborating without the hassle of navigating through multiple dialogs and menus. - Ability to paste whiteboard images and text into other apps
When users cut or copy anything that is not text from the whiteboard, the platform will treat it as an image, which can then be pasted into applications that support images. Similarly, when users cut or copy a single text object or comment from a whiteboard, the platform will treat it as text, which can then be pasted into applications that support text. To make this process easier, the Copy as image option has been added to the context menu. - Support for active stylus
Users can enjoy a smoother and more intuitive drawing and erasing experience on the canvas with native support for active stylus devices such as Apple Pencil, Microsoft Surface Pen, Wacom Tablet, Samsung Pen, and more.

Several improvements have been made to the Version history and Board activity. Version history has now additional restore points which allows users to restore a page to its previous state, even if users have deleted it. Users also have the ability to right-click and duplicate, and select and copy objects from previous versions. Board activity only displays activities that involve adding or deleting objects, or editing text. All other actions are no longer displayed. Multiple activities by the same user are consolidated and activities occurring within the same minute are condensed. - Enhancements to All Eyes on Me feature
The All Eyes on Me feature has undergone several improvements. Users now have additional activation options. When enabled, the entire board immediately follows along without the need for a confirmation pop-up. Furthermore, the Eyes on Me icon remains visible in the interface, even if no other users are actively using the board, ensuring consistency with the rest of the interface. - Ability to rearrange icons on the core toolbar
The current arrangement of icons on the toolbar has been improved to make the user experience more intuitive and flexible. In addition to images and PDFs, users can upload Word document and PowerPoint slides to a whiteboard. When a whiteboard is initiated during a meeting, participants will automatically have their view adjusted to fit the size of the presenter's monitor or screen. This enables all viewers, regardless of their screen dimensions, to see the entirety of the content being shared. - Ability to open same whiteboard in multiple meeting
Users can open the same whiteboard across multiple meetings or breakout rooms simultaneously. The dashboard will provide a clear indication of the whiteboard's status, letting users know if it's already in use in another meeting. Additionally, any collaborative and facilitation actions initiated in one meeting will remain distinct and private to that meeting; participants in other meetings using the same whiteboard won't see the actions of those in a separate meeting. Users can select retention periods ranging from 30 days to 2–7 years. To help users keep track of their boards, a reminder will trigger 15 days before a board is moved to the trash.

Users can mark templates as favorites, simplifying access to frequently used templates. The Favorite tab on the template dashboard has been added to enable users locating their preferred templates easily. This feature applies to templates on a global, personal, or organizational level. - Enhancements to commenting feature
Several enhancements have been applied to the commenting feature in Whiteboard, enabling users to maximize productivity and ease of use. The Version History feature has been updated by separating Version Control and Board Activity into distinct tabs. The Version Control tab includes actions such as selecting a version restore point, previewing versions, and restoring versions. The Board Activity tab includes activities such as reviewing changes, selecting a change to show where the change was made on the board, and seeing changes grouped by dates. These changes will improve the user experience and make it easier to perform different actions within the Version History feature.

Users who are not signed in can initiate and take part in whiteboard sessions during a Zoom meeting, leveraging the "Host owns all boards" feature. Admins have the option to customize the disclaimer for internal and external collaborators, control its frequency of appearance, and choose any of the currently Zoom supported languages for the text.

An Export button has been added to the Whiteboard Management page, allowing administrators to download the filtered list of whiteboards to a spreadsheet in CSV format. Zoom has implemented the Zoom Customer Managed Key (CMK) to encrypt all whiteboard data on canvas and comments. Since encryption happens for whiteboards, admins have granular control over individual whiteboards. Zoom Whiteboard joins other items covered by CMK encryption. - Snap-to-grid functionality
Users can snap objects to the grid on a canvas. This functionality makes it easy for users to align objects perfectly, eliminating the need to manually create a grid with boxes. Users can insert images from their camera and adding comments will automatically activate the text field. The following improvements are made to the Jira integration with Zoom Whiteboard.
- Users can create new tickets in Jira from Zoom Whiteboard.

- Improvements to Whiteboard tools
The following tools and features are improved for better usability:
- Tables are now easier to interact with.
- Multi-selecting canvas objects now allows users to change rich text & font format, object fill color, object border color, and shape conversion.
- The context menu now appears on top of other menus, combine vertical and horizontal alignment into a single control with 9 options, decrease gaps between menus, and allow the color palette to close after color selection while the object halo remains open.
- Color usability has been enhanced by adding a line to separate default colors, adding gray color as a default color to all palettes, and allowing users to duplicate default colors to create new custom colors in the color palette.
- Callout shapes
Callout shapes are available for Whiteboard for diagramming, flowcharting, and mapping including dialog callout, oval callout, cloud callout, rectangle callout, and explosion callout shapes. - Support for mini map feature
A mini map feature has been added to allow users to see where the content is located on their canvas and easily navigate to a specific area of the board. This will make it simpler to jump from one part of the whiteboard to another without getting lost. In addition, users can zoom in and out of specific areas of the board without panning, making it easier to view and locate content. These new features will improve navigation and efficiency while using our whiteboard platform. - Support for timer feature
Users can now set time constraints for specific activities using the new timer function. The timer can be set for up to 24 hours, and only whiteboard owners and editors with persistent access can use it. A pulsating edge of the screen alerts users when the timer expires. Timers set outside meetings are not visible during meetings and timers set during meetings only affect users in the same meeting. - Export whiteboard as CSV file
With the new export feature, users can export tables and sticky notes contained within whiteboards as a comma-separated value (.CSV) file, giving users the option to easily analyze data created in whiteboards in other applications.

They can also filter whiteboards by owners, inactive whiteboards, whiteboards shared externally, and whiteboards created in the specified period. - Public template management

When creating connector lines in a diagram, users can edit control points to anchor the line in that position. Users can create up to 30 straight line or elbow connector control points to a single connector line. - Whiteboard comments support for @ mentions
Comments on a whiteboard can include @ mentions of specific users that already have shared access. - Crop images on whiteboard
When images are uploaded to the canvas, in addition to adjusting the size, users can also crop the image to remove unwanted parts. - Export current or all whiteboard pages to PDF
Users are able to choose if they want to export the current page or all whiteboard pages to PDF including comments. - Create a personal template
Users can create their own personal template from the page content and choose a template name, description, and tags. Users need to have a pro license to use this feature. - Mind Map support
Users can create a mind map which is a visual diagram used to organize thoughts that stem from a central idea. - New table controls for whiteboard
The new table controls help the users organize, group, sort, and scale contents easily in Whiteboard tables and give them the ability to add, remove, and manipulate columns and rows.

The Zoom Whiteboard out-of-meeting menus and UI have been localized when you have your language set to any of the currently supported languages in your Zoom Profile. - Object and canvas context menus
When an object or the Whiteboard canvas is right-clicked, a context menu is provided, containing typical actions based on the context, such as copy, paste, duplicate, add comment, and options to adjust order of layers (bring to front, send to back, etc). - Rich-text options for text objects
Text objects, sticky notes, and shapes can be more finely formatted with additional rich-text options, including bold, italics, underline, font size, bulleted and numbered lists, and more. - Enhanced More menu for out-of-meeting desktop client experience
The out-of-meeting Whiteboard experience on the desktop client has added additional options to the More menu, which are already available in the out-of-meeting Whiteboard experience through the web portal. These options includeVersion History,Leave Feedback,Help, andReport. - Change arrow-heads on lines
When a line is placed on the Whiteboard, the type of line can be edited after being placed from the line context menu. This allows the user to add or remove arrow-heads on either or both ends of the line. - Connector line enhancements: Dot endpoint and elbow joints
Connecting lines between objects have the additional dot option for the endpoints, which already include arrows. Additionally, connector lines are no longer limited to straight and curved lines, as they can also be changed to have a 90° elbow joint. - Enhanced collaboration cursors
Whiteboard users can see the name and cursor location of other users while they co-edit a whiteboard in real time. Users have the option to hide collaborators' cursors to limit distractions. - Last editor shown on Dashboard
The Modified column of the Whiteboard dashboard shows the name and time of the last editor on a particular whiteboard. - Zoom Whiteboard enhancement for Slack integration
When a user requests access to a Whiteboard, the owner of the Whiteboard receives a notification in Slack. The owner can quickly grant access to the Whiteboard from Slack. - Zoom Whiteboard enhancements for Teams integration
When a user requests access to a Whiteboard, the owner of the Whiteboard receives a notification in Teams. The owner can quickly grant access to the Whiteboard from within Teams. Additionally, users can easily access their Whiteboards in the Zoom extension and share a Whiteboard. They can also create a new Whiteboard and share it from within Teams.

- Whiteboard Management enhancement for trashed Whiteboards
Admins can move their users’ Whiteboard in and out of the trash, as well as permanently delete a Whiteboard from the trash. - Pre-set in-meeting Whiteboard access
Users can adjust the default behavior of who can begin sharing a Whiteboard in a meeting (host only or all participants), as well as who can interrupt a participant's Whiteboard (host only or all participants). This option is available at the account, group, and user levels, and can be locked at the account or group level. This can also be configured during a live meeting. - Change owner of Zoom Whiteboards
Account admins can manually change the owner of a Zoom Whiteboard through Whiteboard Management. This requires Edit access for the Zoom Whiteboard Management role.

When copying and pasting an object from your system clipboard, the object will be pasted onto the Zoom Whiteboard at the current cursor location. - Additional shapes and enhanced shape creation
Additional shapes are available for Whiteboard, including pentagons, hexagons, octagons, hearts, arrows, clouds, and stars. Additionally, after a shape is selected from the toolbar, clicking on the canvas will post the default size for that shape, while clicking-and-dragging allows you to create that shape with a custom size. - Change connector lines between objects

Additional shapes can be created to facilitate flow charts, data flow diagrams, and organization charts. These shapes can be added and edited in the out-of-meeting Whiteboard experience. - Whiteboard Templates
Templates can be used to create a whiteboard and or inserted on existing whiteboards while out of meeting. Whiteboards with templates can be viewed in-meeting. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a backend server update scheduled for June 29.
