1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Phones & Devices.
3. Identify your phone, then click the IP address of the phone.

How to access the hyperlink of a phone at the user-level settings

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management, then Users & Rooms.
3. Identify or search your user, then click on their name.
4. Select the User Settings tab, then in the Desk Phone(s) section click the IP address of the phone.
