You can create and request an OnZoom Host Public Profile URL—a custom URL for your Host profile, such as onzoom.com/h/kyleanderson or onzoom.com/h/yogachris— to add branding to your OnZoom account. This can make it easier for users to distinguish and recognize your account from the URL.

Note: Take the time to create your Host Profile URL because it will be permanently linked to your account. Once you have created your Host Profile URL and save it to your profile, you will not be able to edit or change your Host Profile URL in any way. You must follow the Zoom Events Host Public Profile URL guidelines.

  • Windows: 5.6.3 or higher
  • macOS: 5.6.3 or higher
• Zoom mobile client
  • iOS: 5.6.3 or higher
  • Android: 5.6.3 or higher
• Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account

How to create an OnZoom Host Public Profile URL

To create an OnZoom Host Public Profile URL:

1. Sign in to OnZoom.
2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture.
3. Click Host Profile.
4. Under Public Profile URL, enter your desired OnZoom Host Public Profile URL by using 3 to 20 numbers or letters.
   Note: Symbols, spaces, and special characters are not allowed.
5. Click Save.
   A dialog box will appear, asking you to confirm your Public Profile URL. Click Save to confirm.

OnZoom will respond to your request within 3-5 business days after you submit your request with the result for your request.
