Conference Room (Up to 12 People)


Intended for use in mid-sized conference rooms with up to 12 people, the Conference Room is designed with simplicity and functionality in mind. Utilizing a Zoom Certified Appliance the computer, microphone, speaker, and camera are all integrated into a single unit at the front of the room making it easier to manage, deploy, and scale.  By taking advantage of the native dual display output from the appliance, conferences can make use of options such as extended gallery view, smart gallery, and multi-share wireless content sharing.  Controlled from the table by a Zoom-certified controller, meetings can be easily started by integrating a calendar, or by joining ad-hoc.  Additionally, available for use outside of the room, the Scheduling Display allows for the user to view or reserve not only the room it is associated with but also any other bookable room in the building.
