Allowing camera and mic access in Kaspersky
Some versions of Kaspersky security software block Zoom from accessing your camera and microphone. You can allow Zoom to access your camera and microphone using the settings in Kaspersky Internet Security or Total Security.
If you are using Kaspersky Endpoint Security, you can exclude Zoom from scanning to prevent Kaspersky from blocking the camera and microphone. See the Kaspersky support site for more information.
