Configuring the Meeting Connector for 1:1 NAT


The following is an example of configuring your Meeting Connector (MC) Controller using 1:1 NAT to an external IP address. 

Note: SSL is enabled for encryption on all servers.

Configuring 1:1 NAT for a single Zone Controller

  1. In your web browser, navigate to the appliance's web console: https://[ZC internal address]:5480
  2. Sign in with admin credentials.
  3. In the navigation menu, click Configure.
  4. Select how certificates for the Meeting Connector will be managed
  5. Enter the external addresses, for the ZC and MMR as shown below:
  6. Complete the certificate configuration for the Zone Controller and MMR.

How to configure a dual Zone Controller setup with 1:1 NAT

Configuring 1:1 NAT for dual Zone Controllers

Configure Zone Controller 1

  1. In your web browser, navigate to Zone Controller 1's web console: https://[ZC internal address]:5480
  2. Sign in with admin credentials.
  3. In the navigation menu, click Configure.
  4. Select how certificates for the Meeting Connector will be managed
  5. Enter the external addresses, for the ZC and MMR as shown below:
  6. Complete the certificate configuration for Zone Controller 1 and MMR 1.

Configure Zone Controller 2

  1. In your web browser, navigate to Zone Controller 2's web console: https://[ZC internal address]:5480
  2. Sign in with admin credentials.
  3. In the navigation menu, click Configure.
  4. Select how certificates for the Meeting Connector will be managed
  5. Enter the external addresses, for the ZC and MMR as shown below:
  6. Complete the certificate configuration for Zone Controller 2 and MMR 2.
