Zoom requires the H.264 video protocol to connect via video through the Room Connector. The Tandberg MXP series devices have this capability, but the protocol is not used by default.
How to enable the H.264 protocol on a Tandberg MXP device
- Navigate to Administrator Settings then open the Call Quality menu.
- Click the H.264 option next to Video Algorithm.
- Save the settings.
