Zoom registrants stuck in loop


A subset of users who register for meetings or webinars and click on the join link are prompted to register again, causing them to be stuck in a registration loop.


A bug was identified when hosts added a custom required question to the registration but did not enable the question to be visible. If the required question was not answered (which would be the result of the disabled setting), the user was looped back to the registration page.


Zoom has resolved this issue in the Web release on April 17, 2023. This issue should be resolved automatically for newly inserted questions on registration.
