Completing pre-registration for Zoom Events


If you have been pre-registered for an event by that event's host, your registration process will be expedited and you will not have to go through the standard registration process for an event.

Note: If you are invited to pre-register for an event but are located in a country or region that is restricted from accessing Zoom, you will not be able to pre-register for—and thus will not be allowed to join—that Zoom Event.

How to complete pre-registration for a free or paid event

If the host of an event has pre-registered you for a free or paid event, you will receive an email to complete your registration for the event.

If registration questions are not asked

If registration questions are not asked, you will receive your invitation email containing the join link to the event.

If registration questions are asked

  1. Open the email
  2. Click Complete Registration.
  3. Answer the registration questions.
  4. Select the checkboxes to accept the terms to participate in the event:
  5. Click Complete Registration.

You will now receive your invitation email containing the join link to the event.
