Buying OnZoom tickets with a credit/debit card

Tickets for paid OnZoom events can be purchased using a credit card or a debit card. You can pay for event tickets with a credit or debit card if you do not have a PayPal account.

Additionally, you can store your credit or debit card information securely in your OnZoom account.

How to purchase OnZoom tickets for the first time

You can have up to two payment cards saved to your OnZoom account.

When your OnZoom account does not have a payment card saved or only 1 payment card saved to it, the option to Save this payment method for future use will appear when you select your payment method. Selecting this option will save the payment method to your OnZoom account.

Pay with a new debit or credit card

If you selected New debit or credit card:

  1. Enter the required Card Holder Name and Card Information.
  2. (Optional) Select the Save this payment method for future use check box.
    Note: Selecting this will add the payment method to your OnZoom account.
  3. Click Pay.
    The total amount will be displayed on the button.

Pay with a saved debit or credit card

If you selected a saved debit or credit card:

  1. Enter the payment card's CVC number.
  2. Click Pay.
    The total amount will be displayed on the button.

Pay with a debit or credit card through PayPal

If you selected the Debit or Credit Card (Powered by PayPal), you will be redirected to PayPal’s guest checkout page:

  1. Enter the required credit/debit card information
  2. Enter the billing address.
  3. Enter your contact information.
  4. Click Continue as Guest.

How to purchase tickets after the first-time purchase

If you saved a card to your OnZoom account during the checkout process when you purchased a ticket the first time, or if you manually added a card to your OnZoom account, the process to buy a ticket will be more streamlined and convenient.

Pay with a saved debit or credit card

After you select a saved payment card:

  1. Enter the payment card's CVC number.
  2. Click Pay.
    The total amount will be displayed on the button.
