How to change account-level desk phone settings

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Company Info.
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. In the Desk Phone section, you can change the following settings:
