Setting notifications in OnZoom Notification Center
OnZoom can notify you through email or push notifications in the OnZoom Notification Center about activity related to events and tickets. You can update your notification settings in the Notification Center at any time.

Prerequisites for notifications in the OnZoom Notification Center
- Zoom desktop client
- Windows: 5.6.3 or higher
- macOS: 5.6.3 or higher
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
How to differentiate notification settings (email or push notifications)
You can receive email and/or push notifications about these types of activities.
Receive Host-related notifications
You can receive Host-related notifications when:

An Attendee requests a ticket refund

Tickets for one of my events will sell out soon

Updates are made to my events
-
A fundraiser for my event has active updates
Receive Attendee-related notifications
You can receive Attendee-related notifications when:

There are updates about events I am registered for
-
I haven’t rated an event I attended
-
There are updates to a fundraiser for an event I attended
-
Recordings of events I’ve attended are available
-
There are updates about my favorite events
-
There are updates about gifted tickets
-
There are updates and reminders about my active subscriptions
-
There are invitations to events and special tickets
-
There are updates about an event I attended
-
There is an event survey for me to take

There are updates about an event where I am an Alternative Host or Panelist

It is 24 hours before an event I have registered for

How to manage the Notification Center
The Notification Center displays all the notifications you have received. If you see a red dot in your profile picture, you have a notification related to one of the notification types you are enabled to receive.
View your notifications
To view your notifications, open the Notification Center:
- Sign in to OnZoom.
- Click your profile picture.
- Click Notifications.
The Notification Center will appear and display your notifications.
Manage your notifications
To manage your notifications:
- Sign in to OnZoom.
- Click your profile picture.
- Click Notifications.
- To the right of the notification, click the ellipses
to manage your notification:

Mark as Read: Changes the notification status to read.

Delete this Notification: Removes this notification from the Notification Center.

Unsubscribe from this Host: Stop receiving notifications of any kind from this Host.
(Optional) At the top of the page, click Mark All as Read to change the notification status of all messages in the Notification Center to read.
(Optional) At the top of the page, click Delete All Read to delete all read notifications in the Notification Center.
Set your notification options
To select the notification types you want and how you want to receive them:
- Sign in to OnZoom.
- Click your profile picture.
- Click Notifications.
- Click Settings
.
The Notification Settings window will appear. - Under the OnZoom and/or Email columns, select the check boxes next to the notification types you want to receive.
- (Optional) Deselect the check boxes next to the notification types you don't want to receive anymore.
- Click Save.
Unsubscribe from notifications from a specific Host
To unsubscribe from notifications from a specific Host:
- Sign in to OnZoom.
- Click your profile picture.
- Click Notifications.
- Find a notification from the Host that you want to block, then click the ellipses
to the right of the notification. - Click Unsubscribe from this Host.
Unsubscribe from notifications from a specific Host through the unsubscribe link
To unsubscribe from notifications from a specific Host through the unsubscribe link in the notification email:
- Sign in to your email account or open your email application.
- Open the notification email from OnZoom.
- At the bottom of the email, click the Unsubscribe from [Host's name] link.
Resubscribe to notifications from a specific Host
To resubscribe to notifications from a specific Host:
- Sign in to OnZoom.
- Click your profile picture.
- Click Notifications.
- Click Settings
. - Under Hosts I've Unsubscribed From, find the name of the Host you want to resubscribe to, then click the dots icon
to the right of the name. - Click Resubscribe to this Host.
The Host's name will disappear from Hosts I've Unsubscribed From. - Click Save.
