While SIP/H.323 rooms can be added individually or imported via CSV file, you can also create room templates to expedite the provisioning process. Once created, the room templates can be pre-configured including join meeting options, SIP registration or H.323 Gatekeeper options, and other settings.

Prerequisites for creating a room template for SIP/H.323 rooms

• A Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
• Account owner or admin privileges
• A Zoom account with a Cloud Room Connector license

How to create a SIP/H.323 room template

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation panel, click Room Management, then click Cisco/Polycom Rooms.
3. Click the ellipses (...) icon, then click Room Template.
4. Click + Create Template. 
5. Under Template Name, enter the name of the new template.
6. Under Device Type, select the series of devices, your endpoint is a part of.
   Note: Select Generic SIP/H.323 Room if this is for non-managed rooms using SIP proxy.
7. Click Save.

How to edit a SIP/H.323 room template

Once the room template has been created:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation panel, click Room Management, then click Cisco/Polycom Rooms.
3. Click the ellipses (...)icon, then click Room Template.
   On the next page, the room settings can be configured.
