When choosing a team filter for conversations, deals, and analytics, users can exclusively select parent teams without automatically including their child teams. Previously, selecting a parent team would automatically include all associated child teams, and unchecking all child teams would also deselect the parent team.

The improved Won/Lost indicator chart calculates percentages based on deals rather than individual conversations. The new calculation formula is as follows: (The number of deals won OR lost with the keyword phrase mentioned) ÷ (The total number of deals won AND deals lost with the keyword phrase mentioned). - Additional Deal detail search filter
Users can filter their Deal history activity search using meeting, call, and email type. - Support tracking of Clip views
On the Conversation detail page, users can now see the number of clip views from both internal and external viewers. Views are defined as the number of times a clip is played, irrespective of the time the viewer spends watching the clip. Previously, there was no way to identify if a clip was viewed or not.

The Deal detail page and Deals list interface have been aligned for design consistency and a better user experience. Previously, the activity timeline on the Deal detail page had a different visual pattern from the Deals list and did not support pagination or days/weeks/months selection.

- Enforce passcode for shared conversations
Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins can enforce users within their account to use a mandatory passcode when sharing conversations. This setting is available at the account level and is disabled by default. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for November 18, 2023. - Indicators language configuration support
Account owners and admins can configure language-specific Indicators and apply them to conversations transcribed in that language. For instance, Italian Indicators will only be applied to Italian conversations, which will provide a more relevant and actionable Analytics experience. Additionally, users can configure Indicators for all conversations, such as company names, regardless of the language. Furthermore, the new Add another language feature allows grouping of thematically similar Indicators across multiple languages, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in language-specific analysis. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for November 18, 2023.

- Additional criteria for creating conversation Smart Playlist
Users can select teams and populate all representatives from those teams. They can also create a Smart Playlist based on deal outcomes, allowing them to filter conversations and clips associated with deals that have been either won, lost, or both. In addition, users can create a Smart Playlist using Scorecard scores, allowing them to set the score range for specific scorecards that will serve as the basis for conversations added to the Smart Playlist. - Optimize tabs within the Analytics page
A Speaker tab within the Analytics page has been added to provide clarity between conversation metrics and speaker metrics. Also, Engagement Score is added under the Conversations tab to provide a comprehensive view of conversation quality. - Enhancement to Deals page
The Deals page has been improved to streamline user experience and address deal discovery challenges. These enhancements include a keyword search to quickly locate deals and customers by name, the ability to select a customer account alongside a deal in the Advanced Filter section, as well as reduced visual clutter through abbreviated number notation for deal size and the introduction of a comma-separated standard for aggregated fields, such as deal counts. - Support attachment within Email Compose
When creating a follow-up email to prospects from the Deals or Conversations page, users can add attachments with a maximum of 25mb for each email and 5mb for each attachment. The following file formats are supported: pdf, doc/docx, xls/xlsx, ppt/pptx, jpg/jpeg, png, gif, zip, rar, mp4, mov, mp3, civ, vcf, txt, and html. - Enhancement to Conversations page interface
The Conversations page has been enhanced to enable a more intuitive and flexible search experience. Conversations will be under a single tab and advanced search filters can be used to drill down the list. This enhancement reduces clicks to capture the correct search query, introduces an accessible way to save filter views, and displays the percentage of the search query within the overall scope. The aim is to improve usability without compromising system performance or sorting functionality.

- Enhancement to CRM team creation and management
The CRM integration functionality of Zoom Revenue Accelerator has been enhanced to provide greater control and flexibility in team creation and management. This includes the ability to create parent teams in addition to child teams independent of the prior CRM connection setting , disconnecting from CRM for manual team creation, receiving confirmation prompts for CRM integration changes affecting manually created teams, and ensuring flexibility during transitions between CRM solutions for future changes. Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins can set a retention policy that applies to meetings analyzed by Revenue Accelerator, preserving valuable analytics and leveraging the unlimited storage provided by Zoom RA. This feature is managed within Zoom Revenue Accelerator and is independent of the retention policy configured within the Zoom Meetings product. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for October 23, 2023.

Language support for multilingual transcription is expanding to include Polish, Danish, Swedish, and Finnish. All of these newly supported languages are currently in Beta. Conversation metrics, Screen Text, and Call Outs, such as Indicators, Next Steps, and Good Questions, are currently supported in Beta for these additional languages. - Activity Timeline and Further Enhancements to Deals page
Users can have visual summaries of engagement activity, distinguishing between calls/meetings and rep/prospect-initiated emails, along with deal risk signals and warnings. Users can now compare multiple deals on the same timescale, drill down into activity timelines, and leverage sorting and filtering options based on various criteria such as activity count, close date, deal size, stage, and more. Additionally, Zoom Revenue Accelerator associates the next scheduled conversation with the appropriate Deal and surfaces this field as an available filter. - Conversation advanced search capability
In the Conversations page, users can more easily view advanced search parameters to search for multiple terms and exclude specific terms. These search parameters are available in an easy-to-use expandable and collapsible side window panel. This feature enhancement allows users to refine their searches and identify critical moments in conversations and deal cycles based on their specific criteria.

Zoom IQ for Sales, a conversational intelligence add-on for Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone, is rebranded as Zoom Revenue Accelerator. As part of this rebranding, associated web settings, descriptions, prompts, and other mentions are updated to be aligned with the new name. This change is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for September 18, 2023. - Simplified logic for identifying participants
The logic by which Zoom Revenue Accelerator identifies internal and external participants for meetings and calls has been simplified. The revamped logic leverages a user-to-account lookup before considering the participant email domains.

Users can effortlessly create clips by directly referencing and searching within the conversation transcript. This feature is applicable to both video and audio-only conversations, offering a more precise and efficient clip-creation process. - Ability to regenerate Next Steps, Good Questions, and Summaries
If enabled by the Zoom IQ for Sales admin, users can choose to resend transcripts to a third-party AI service in order to generate a new version of Next Steps, Good Questions, or Summaries. Users have the option to select between the original and newly generated versions and save the preferred version for future reference. This feature can be only used once per conversation for each Next Steps, Good Questions, or Brief Summary. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a backend server update currently scheduled for September 4.

Zoom IQ for Sales admins can disable edits globally for Transcripts, Meeting Summaries, and Next Steps across the entire account. The No One option is added to the Edit Transcript and Conversation Detail settings, allowing admins to ensure users cannot edit and correct transcripts in Meeting and Phone Conversations. - Enhancement to recording analysis threshold
Zoom IQ for Sales admins can set the Phone Call duration threshold to either minutes or seconds, with a maximum limit of 5 minutes. Similarly, for meetings, they can adjust Meeting durations to either minutes or seconds, with a maximum cap of 10 minutes.

Account owners and admins can create and configure themed indicators, which allow them to categorize various keyword phrases under specific themes. A common use case for this type of Indicator is to track adherence to an organization’s sales methodology. This feature makes it simpler to compare how often certain groups of terms are mentioned across different conversations within the Analytics section.

Account owners and admins can configure settings that will trigger warnings when specific activity criteria are met for open deals. These warnings can be set for deals with associated conversations or emails, as well as for deals with a deal size equal to or greater than the amount they have specified (in USD). Account owners and admins can configure role permission to manage who can view and edit the settings. - Manage recommended ranges for conversational metrics
Account owners and admins can customize recommended ranges such as talk speed and filler words to guide coaching driven by conversational metrics. Newly configured ranges will reflect in Analytics, Conversation, and Dashboard tabs.

Users can subscribe to deal-specific risk signals such as lack of engagement activity or missing keywords at deal close. These risk indicators will be displayed in both the Deals tab and the Deal detail page. - Improve conversation to deal matching
Additional logic is added to improve the conversation to deal matching. Enhancements to logic full name matching and first name matching for deal matching. Scores are assigned based on criteria such as meeting start time and the presence of the opportunity name in the meeting name. The deal with the maximum score gets matched, and deals owned by meeting attendees or hosts are considered.

Admins can generate a CSV report in the Analytics tab that consists of Deal and Conversation data based on filters defined by the end user. Report can include the following:

Admins can configure the automatic recording settings to only record specific teams or members. When selected, all other IQ users not specified will have the auto recording turned off by default. The lock function will be valid for the entire account and enforce each team and user's corresponding setting. Previously, when Automatic recording for scheduled meetings with external participants was enabled, it was applied to the entire account.

Account owners and admins can access audit logs for importing emails and changes made to email settings. - Zoom IQ Collaborator role
Account owners and admins can add Zoom users as a Zoom IQ Collaborator. Collaborators have limited access to Zoom IQ functions as determined by IQ admins. This role can be assigned to any Zoom user without needing to provision them with a paid Zoom IQ license. - Zoom IQ to CRM data synchronization
Account owners and admins can allow Zoom IQ analysis results to reflect in HubSpot. Re-integration with Hubspot is required since there are changes to scopes/permissions. Previously, this was only available for Salesforce. - CRM data deletion
When disconnecting integration between a CRM and Zoom IQ, admins will have the option of deleting or retaining all existing CRM data such as customer contact information, emails, and deal info. - Salesforce token expiration notification
Admins can view their token expiration date and validity from the CRM integration page, along with a guide should they need to update the token.

Users can use Zoom IQ from the Zoom desktop client version 5.12.6 or higher. Users will have access to a full suite of IQ features, excluding Account Settings and User/Role management capabilities. Viewing and subscribing to Indicators directly from the client will be supported in a future release. - Time-saving conversation playback option
Cut to the Chase allows the recording to automatically begin playing from when the first external participant joins, skipping the early part of the call where the seller is alone or on with another team member. This is enabled by default, however, users can always disable if they prefer. - Global and custom filter enhancement

Zoom IQ admins can choose the team structure they prefer to use when configuring Zoom IQ integration with Microsoft Dynamics. The selection of the team structure determines what data Zoom IQ pulls from CRM (refers to deals of members in the selected team) and what data is displayed (refers to team structure view and access permissions). If you have the integration previously configured and chose to change the team structure, Zoom IQ will no longer use the current team structure and a new team structure will be applied from your CRM. Note that once this is updated, this action cannot be undone.
