Zoom provides up-to-date release notes for Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA).   • Use Conversation Explorer for single meeting transcripts
    Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) uses Conversation Explorer to run questions against single meeting transcripts. This conversational feature, Conversation Explorer, can be accessed on the ZRA conversational detail page. ZRA admins can enable or disable the Conversation Explorer feature for their account. Additionally, ZRA users can send questions and view the AI responses. Users can also copy or regenerate the answer and rate the quality of the responses.
    Note: This feature will be rolled out to accounts over time.

  • Support for additional languages
    Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) supports additional languages, enhancing the overall user experience. The new supported languages include Romanian, Turkish, Thai, Czech, Estonian, Hungarian, and Malay. Users can easily switch between languages within the ZRA interface, allowing seamless communication and collaboration across diverse teams and regions. This expanded language support empowers users to utilize ZRA's features while working in their preferred language.

Changes to existing features

• Move deal information settings to Conversations section
  The deal information settings are moved to the Conversations section in the Zoom web portal, keeping only the Edit action under all conversations, team conversations, and individual conversations. This setting now behaves only for linking or unlinking a conversation to a deal, customer, or lead.

  • Use the side panel for an overview of conversations
    When sales leaders click a conversation from the Conversations tab, they use the side panel to extract insights from recordings and decide what conversations to review. This side panel displays key information, such as meeting metadata, meeting participants, meeting summary, and meeting next steps. Previously, sales leaders would use multiple clicks and switch between the Conversations tab list and Conversations details page.

    There are several enhancements to the Deals dashboard to view analytics beyond activity distribution and more columns.
• Integration features
  • Outreach integration general availability
    Users can integrate Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) with Outreach for call recording and analysis. Inbound and outbound calls tracked in Outreach are automatically recorded and transcribed by ZRA. Additionally, users can push call analytics from ZRA, such as talk ratios and conversation topics, back to Outreach as activities. This integration enables users to gain valuable insights from their Outreach calls and incorporate them into their sales processes.

  • Review Zoom Contact Center recordings in Zoom Revenue Accelerator
    In Zoom Revenue Accelerator, users can review Zoom Contact Center video and audio (voice) recordings.

    In the Zoom desktop app, users can access a drawer button that displays and provides access to Zoom Revenue Accelerator tools. This feature allows users to access tools without navigating away from their current page.

  • In-depth analytics for sales scorecards and coaching
    Scoring data has been added to analytics, providing robust analytics for completed scorecards. Managers and sales leadership can view aggregated evaluation scores for Sales Representatives over custom date ranges, filtered by specific scorecards and teams. The feature allows drilling down into individual-scored conversations to understand context. Results can be exported for external analysis. Sales leaders gain visibility into scorecard usage and average scores across the organization.
  • Expanded customization for indicator themes and languages
    Account owners and admins can select the language to display for indicator themes. The number of themes per indicator has also increased from 20 to 30, allowing for more granular tracking. Additionally, the limit on terms per theme is changed to 50 terms. These features give account owners and admins more flexibility to customize indicators and themes to their specific needs. The added customization enables tracking more nuanced trends so users can gain more targeted insights from the data.
  • Use additional team access controls in the Zoom web portal
    Users can track which teams have additional team visibility enabled in the Teams tab in the Zoom web portal. An Additional team access column is added, and it contains a visual indicator showing when this feature is turned on for a particular team. This feature allows users to view and track which teams have cross-collaboration with other teams enabled. With improved visibility into team access settings, users can better manage the sharing of team conversations to support collaboration between sales and non-sales teams.

  • Display indicators for empty data in Analytics charts
    Indicators will display that there is no data in Analytics charts.
• User features
  • Enhancements to ZRA analytics for chart starring and publishing
    Users can favorite (star) analytics charts to create customized My Analytics and Team Analytics dashboards. They can rearrange and save chart filters for easy reference. Sales leaders can publish charts to control what their teams see. Users can configure daily or weekly chart emails. These features allow custom analytics experiences and increase ZRA adoption.
  • Enhancements to the Users page
    The Team Manager column is added on the Users tab on the Zoom web portal. This column populates the names of the teams that each user manages.

• Resolved an issue where an API call returned "Conversation does not exist."
• Resolved issues with analyzing cloud recordings with Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) and an issue where all analytics were not generated.

• UI indicators for teams with no conversations meeting filter criteria
  Users can track team members and teams in Analytics charts, even with filters applied, addressing reported confusion. This update introduces a specialized UI indicator for reps and teams with no conversations meeting filter criteria, ensuring clarity across Conversations, Speaker, Deal, and Product Usage tabs.

  • Improved Time Period Alignment in Analytics Charts
    Users will see accurate time period alignment on Analytics charts, preventing discrepancies between user selection and displayed intervals. This update introduces refined time interval types types ensuring precise data representation.   The selector function for searching customer or lead names has been replaced with the ability to input keywords directly. This enables users to conduct elastic searches within Zoom Revenue Accelerator using these keywords. The Customer or lead name search is available under the Advanced Filters option on the Conversations, Deals, and Analytics pages.

  • Enhanced Team conversation access control
    To better support cross-collaboration between sales and non-sales teams, Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) admins can manage which team has access to whose team's conversations, allowing them to share only the important recordings. Currently, ZRA admins can either grant access to all conversations or none at all.
• User features
  • Support bulk actions for scorecards, playlists, and conversations
    For scorecards, playlists, and conversations, users can select multiple items across the pages and perform actions on these items simultaneously. Actions include deleting a scorecard, unfollowing, deleting, and adding a playlist to a folder, removing conversations, adding conversations to a playlist.

  • Product usage report for Moments
    With the usage report for Moments, account owners and admins can track the number of moments created and their popularity. They can review metrics such as the number of unique moments created, the total number of views, and the top 3 moments by view count across all users, per team, and per member. This report is accessible on the Analytics page, under the Product Usage tab. Moments was formerly known as the Zoom Revenue Accelerator Clips but was renamed to Moments to avoid confusion with Zoom Clips.

  • Language support for multilingual transcription leaving Beta
    Language support for multilingual transcription is leaving Beta and is generally available for customers. With this feature, users can adjust the language settings to set the transcript language based on their preferences. The currently available languages are:

    • Chinese (input is Mandarin, output is in simplified Chinese)

  • User interface enhancements for Playlists
    The Playlist tab in the Conversations page has been enhanced for better usability. The enhancement includes ability to sort alphabetically, by folders, by playlist a user follows, by followers, and modified time. The enhancement also incorporates visual cues indicating private folders or playlists, clear entry points for sharing a playlist, notifications when losing access to a folder or playlist, explanations for discrepancies in conversation counts, and visibility into Smart Playlists when they stop adding conversations due to missing criteria.

    Users can enjoy an improved Conversation Detail page experience in Zoom Revenue Accelerator, addressing UI suggestions for enhanced readability. The update combines the Detailed Summary and Smart Chapters sections, streamlining the Chapter/Detailed Summary experience while preserving the convenience of one-click copying for the Detailed Summary.
  • Support streamlined notification management
    Users can efficiently modify and manage all their Zoom Revenue Accelerator related notifications, whether email or in-product, using a centralized control hub.
    This functionality is accessible through the General Notifications settings, allowing users to conveniently adjust their notification preferences and subscriptions in one place. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for March 18, 2024.
  • Ability to remove conversations in Processing analysis state
    In the Conversations detail page, users can remove conversations that are still in Processing analysis state. When a user removes a conversation from Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA), it will stop the processing and all analytics related to the conversation will be removed. Users can then re-add the recording to ZRA to be re-analyze.
    This new feature aims to address situations where conversations get stuck in analysis due to unforeseen AI service instability or system bugs.
  • Support for additional transcript language: Arabic
    Language support for multilingual transcription is expanding to include Arabic. The newly supported languages is currently in Beta. Conversation metrics, Screen Text, and Call Outs, such as Indicators, Next Steps, and Good Questions, are currently supported in Beta for these additional languages.

    In the Conversations detail page, users can access a new metadata field indicating the recording origin, making it easier to differentiate between recordings migrated from third-party platforms and those originating from Zoom Revenue Accelerator. This also helps Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins simplify troubleshooting and issue resolution by isolating problematic API-migrated recordings.

  • Link Sharing and Enhanced Text Appending within Compose with AI Companion
    Users can seamlessly enhance their Compose with AI Companion experience in Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) with two key updates. A new Share Link button within the Compose with AI Companion side panel enables users to efficiently copy a Conversation Link without leaving the Compose side panel. Additionally, the Compose logic has been refined to preserve existing text while clearly appending the LLM-generated text, ensuring a more user-friendly and intuitive composing process.

  • Support custom CRM fields for Salesforce
    Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) admins can configure the fields associated with standard Salesforce opportunity, account, lead, and contact objects in ZRA. The existing standard fields in Salesforce will be automatically selected by default, and admins can conveniently specify Customer Relationship Management (CRM) custom fields for use in various product areas, such as analytics, conversation, and deal filters. ZRA admins can also specify the Salesforce API Name and associated Display Name for custom fields, and easily track the total number of imported fields for each object after making their selections. Additionally, ZRA admins will receive reminders of the product impact when redefining, reconfiguring, or removing a custom field from ZRA, ensuring a streamlined and informed configuration process.

  • Deal Memo: Admin Control
    Account owners and admins can enable or disable Deal Memo within their account and choose which conversations associated with a CRM record will be populated with a Deal Memo.  A Deal Memo summarizes how a conversation impacts the associated deal timeline  and calls out specific customer objections.

    When configured by an account owner or admins, users can view the Deal Memo within the Conversation details page for a quick recap of how a conversation influences deal momentum. A Deal Memo is designed to assist with deal management and coaching discussions by summarizing the key conversation segments that pertain to whether a deal is likely to close and extracting the most relevant customer objections for future reference and review.

• Consistent searching experience
  To support consistent searching experience, the Analytics page has been updated to align with the user-friendly functionalities of Deals and Conversations pages. Users can efficiently filter their search by CRM metrics, conversation type, and language. Users can also apply multiple filters simultaneously and save filter criteria for future use. Additionally, users can filter search by call direction and specific minimum and maximum call durations.

  • Conversations page usability enhancement
    Users can see one unified Conversations tab, providing a more intuitive and simplified search experience. Users will save time finding the relevant conversations with the new layout.
  • Optimized Compose with AI Companion
    Optimization of Compose with AI Companion includes the Trash icon button clearing existing email content while keeping the email side panel open. When inserting newly generated text, there is now a one-line separation from the last email character, enhancing formatting. Users will also achieve a more personalized touch in generated responses by addressing only the  first names of external participants.
  • Customizable Scorecard
    Enhanced the Zoom Revenue Scorecard to provide users with more flexibility in customizing the scorecard. The enhancement includes the following:
    
    • Creating multiple types of questions, such as custom questions with yes/no answers, rating scales, and single-choice responses.
    • Reacting to specific moments of a Sales Representative’s conversation using a time-stamped comment.
    • Allowing users to score not only the host but also the other participants in the conversation. This enables users to provide feedback to Sales Representatives even if they are not the host of that conversation.
• Integration features
  • Zoom Revenue Accelerator within Zoom for Lightning Salesforce app
    Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) admins can leverage the Open APIs in Salesforce data exchange, providing ZRA with more flexibility and control over how its data is reflected in Salesforce. ZRA information can be contextualized by existing Zoom product integrations, such as how ZRA data interacts with Zoom Phone calls logs. This app utilizes custom Salesforce APIs for pushing or pulling data, simplifying business logic and achieving efficiency in data management, instead of depending on standard Salesforce APIs. This is applicable to ZRA admins using Salesforce CRM integration and provides additional functionality to the existing integration. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for February 3, 2024.

• Support auto-recording for personal meeting ID (PMI)
  Revenue Accelerator can automatically record and analyze meetings scheduled using a personal meeting ID when the Automatic Recording for External Meetings setting is enabled. This feature is compatible for meetings using a personal meeting ID when the host is on client version 5.16.0 or higher. Previously, the Automatic Recording for External Meetings setting would not detect meetings scheduled with a personal meeting ID.

  • Customizable Zoom Phone recordings retention policies
    Once a corresponding setting is enabled by the Zoom Phone admin, Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins can set a retention policy that applies to Zoom Phone calls analyzed by Revenue Accelerator, preserving valuable analytics and leveraging the unlimited storage provided by Zoom Revenue Accelerator. This feature is managed within Zoom Revenue Accelerator and is independent of the retention policy configured within the Zoom Phone product. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for December 18, 2023.

  • Enhanced participant identification for Zoom Phone recordings
    With the enhanced Revenue Accelerator and Zoom Phone integration, users can easily identify participants of a Zoom Phone conversation when an Auto Receptionist is used.  Zoom Phone conversations within Revenue Accelerator will display the Zoom Phone caller and callee  in the Call title.
    Previously, when an Auto Receptionist was used, the conversation title displayed the Auto Receptionist name and the external phone number, making it difficult to associate a phone call with the actual Zoom Phone user.
  • Ability to rename a conversation title
    Users can rename their conversation title directly from the Conversation list or from the Conversation detail page. This is applicable to those who use their personal meeting ID or Zoom Phone recording. Conversation name changes will be reflected in CRM when CRM activity sync is enabled.

• Support individual selections in Team filter
  When choosing a team filter for conversations, deals, and analytics, users can exclusively select parent teams without automatically including their child teams. Previously, selecting a parent team would automatically include all associated child teams, and unchecking all child teams would also deselect the parent team.

  • Enhanced data calculation for Won/Lost indicator chart
    The improved Won/Lost indicator chart calculates percentages based on deals rather than individual conversations. The new calculation formula is as follows: (The number of deals won OR lost with the keyword phrase mentioned) ÷ (The total number of deals won AND deals lost with the keyword phrase mentioned).
  • Additional Deal detail search filter
    Users can filter their Deal history activity search using meeting, call, and email type.
  • Support tracking of Clip views
    On the Conversation detail page, users can now see the number of clip views from both internal and external viewers. Views are defined as the number of times a clip is played, irrespective of the time the viewer spends watching the clip. Previously, there was no way to identify if a clip was viewed or not.

  The Deal detail page and Deals list interface have been aligned for design consistency and a better user experience. Previously, the activity timeline on the Deal detail page had a different visual pattern from the Deals list and did not support pagination or days/weeks/months selection.

  • Enforce passcode for shared conversations
    Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins can enforce users within their account to use a mandatory passcode when sharing conversations. This setting is available at the account level and is disabled by default. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for November 18, 2023.
  • Indicators language configuration support
    Account owners and admins can configure language-specific Indicators and apply them to conversations transcribed in that language. For instance, Italian Indicators will only be applied to Italian conversations, which will provide a more relevant and actionable Analytics experience. Additionally, users can configure Indicators for all conversations, such as company names, regardless of the language. Furthermore, the new Add another language feature allows grouping of thematically similar Indicators across multiple languages, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in language-specific analysis. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for November 18, 2023.
• User features
  • Additional criteria for creating conversation Smart Playlist
    Users can select teams and populate all representatives from those teams. They can also create a Smart Playlist based on deal outcomes, allowing them to filter conversations and clips associated with deals that have been either won, lost, or both. In addition, users can create a Smart Playlist using Scorecard scores, allowing them to set the score range for specific scorecards that will serve as the basis for conversations added to the Smart Playlist.
  • Optimize tabs within the Analytics page
    A Speaker tab within the Analytics page has been added to provide clarity between conversation metrics and speaker metrics. Also, Engagement Score is added under the Conversations tab to ​​provide a comprehensive view of conversation quality.
  • Enhancement to Deals page
    The Deals page has been improved to streamline user experience and address deal discovery challenges. These enhancements include a keyword search to quickly locate deals and customers by name, the ability to select a customer account alongside a deal in the Advanced Filter section, as well as reduced visual clutter through abbreviated number notation for deal size and the introduction of a comma-separated standard for aggregated fields, such as deal counts.
  • Support attachment within Email Compose
    When creating a follow-up email to prospects from the Deals or Conversations page, users can add attachments with a maximum of 25mb for each email and 5mb for each attachment. The following file formats are supported: pdf, doc/docx, xls/xlsx, ppt/pptx, jpg/jpeg, png, gif, zip, rar, mp4, mov, mp3, civ, vcf, txt, and html.
  • Enhancement to Conversations page interface
    The Conversations page has been enhanced to enable a more intuitive and flexible search experience. Conversations will be under a single tab and advanced search filters can be used to drill down the list. This enhancement reduces clicks to capture the correct search query, introduces an accessible way to save filter views, and displays the percentage of the search query within the overall scope. The aim is to improve usability without compromising system performance or sorting functionality.
• Integration features
  • Enhancement to CRM team creation and management
    The CRM integration functionality of Zoom Revenue Accelerator has been enhanced to provide greater control and flexibility in team creation and management. This includes the ability to create parent teams in addition to child teams independent of the prior CRM connection setting , disconnecting from CRM for manual team creation, receiving confirmation prompts for CRM integration changes affecting manually created teams, and ensuring flexibility during transitions between CRM solutions for future changes. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for November 18, 2023.

    Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins can set a retention policy that applies to meetings analyzed by Revenue Accelerator, preserving valuable analytics and leveraging the unlimited storage provided by Zoom RA. This feature is managed within Zoom Revenue Accelerator and is independent of the retention policy configured within the Zoom Meetings product. This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a Web release currently scheduled for October 23, 2023.

  • Support for additional transcript languages: Polish, Danish, Swedish, Finnish
    Language support for multilingual transcription is expanding to include Polish, Danish, Swedish, and Finnish. All of these newly supported languages are currently in Beta. Conversation metrics, Screen Text, and Call Outs, such as Indicators, Next Steps, and Good Questions, are currently supported in Beta for these additional languages.
  • Activity Timeline and Further Enhancements to Deals page
    Users can have visual summaries of engagement activity, distinguishing between calls/meetings and rep/prospect-initiated emails, along with deal risk signals and warnings. Users can now compare multiple deals on the same timescale, drill down into activity timelines, and leverage sorting and filtering options based on various criteria such as activity count, close date, deal size, stage, and more. Additionally, Zoom Revenue Accelerator associates the next scheduled conversation with the appropriate Deal and surfaces this field as an available filter.
  • Conversation advanced search capability
    In the Conversations page, users can more easily view advanced search parameters to search for multiple terms and exclude specific terms.     Account owners and admins can set up specific words, phrases, or sentences in recording transcripts, also known as Indicators, to capture critical moments in conversations.
  • Report keywords that already exist in other Indicators
    When account owners and admins attempt to add a keyword that already exists in other Indicators, the system will inform them by highlighting that keyword. A tooltip will also show which Indicators that keyword is already added to. Account owners and admins will still be able to save the changes without an error.

  • View Indicators in Analytics
    Quickly In the Analytics tab, users can view how frequently an Indicator appears across conversations on an account, team, or user level. The Indicators appear in the tab that corresponds to their selected category upon configuration. Users can also drill down into specific conversations when clicking on an Indicators chart object.
  • Subscribe to Indicators in Dashboard and Analytics
    Users can subscribe to specific Indicators that will alert them via email when a phrase or noteworthy moment appears in a conversation. The cadence of these emails can be configured by the user upon subscription. The Dashboard tab will also show the most recent conversations that include subscribed Indicators.
  • Email notification when Indicators is deleted
    Users subscribed to Indicators will be notified via email when that Indicators is deleted.
