Setting your presence status

The Zoom desktop app, mobile app, and Zoom Web App allow you to set your current status to indicate to others if you are available, in a meeting, or otherwise currently unavailable.

When setting your status on one device, that status will sync with other devices signed-in to your account. For example, if you set your status on the desktop app, the mobile app will sync and show the same status.

Note: You will not see a presence status for external contacts if their account admin has disabled presence status from displaying to external contracts.
