Using display meeting list on TV


Zoom Rooms can display all upcoming meeting on your TV, monitor or projector display.

How to configure all Zoom Rooms to Display Meeting List on TV

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Room Management then click Zoom Rooms. 
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Click the Meeting tab.
  5. Find the Display meeting list on TV option and verify that the setting is enabled.
    If the setting is disabled, click the  toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, choose Turn On to verify the change.

How to configure a set of Zoom Rooms to Display Meeting List on TV

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Room Management then click Zoom Rooms.
  3. Click the level in the hierarchy that you want to enable for automatically starting and stopping meetings. For example, to enable all rooms in a specific building, click the name of the building.
  4. Click the Meeting tab.
  5. Find the Display meeting list on TV option and verify that the setting is enabled.
    If the setting is disabled, click the  toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, choose Turn On to verify the change.
