H.323 and SIP endpoints require the Internet access described in this article to access to Zoom meetings and webinars. The Zoom Enhanced API Connector, if deployed in your environment, also requires Internet access to function. The tables describe the protocols, destination ports and destination IP addresses used to communicate with Zoom cloud services. Your firewall should be configured to allow established, related return connections from Zoom's cloud to your H.323 and SIP endpoints, and the Enhanced API Connector (if deployed).
