Where to find the meeting invitation text

The Zoom meeting invitation feature allows hosts and organizers to easily locate their scheduled meeting details within the Zoom Workplace desktop app, mobile app, or web portal. This feature lets you copy the full invitation text to your clipboard so you can paste it anywhere—most commonly into a direct email or a calendar invitation—to ensure your participants have all the necessary join details.

How to locate the meeting invitation text

Follow these steps to locate and copy your meeting invitation from the desktop app, mobile app, or web portal.
 
Windows | macOS | Linux
  1. Sign in to the Zoom Workplace desktop app.
  2. Click the Meetings  or the Calendar tab.
  3. Select the meeting that you need the invitation for. 
    A window will pop-up which shows the meeting details.
  4. In the top-right corner of the pop-up window, click More . 
  5. Click Copy invitation. 
    The meeting invitation will now be copied to your clipboard. You can paste it where you would like to share it.
Web
  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the Zoom Products icon .
  3. In the Zoom Products menu, click Meetings. 
    Meetings will open in a new browser tab.
  4. In the side menu, click the Upcoming tab.
  5. (Optional) Click the time range field to change the date range. 
    Note: Only meetings in the selected time range will appear.
  6. Click the topic of the meeting you need to copy the invitation for.
  7. Click Copy Invitation . 
    A window will pop-up which shows the meeting details.
  8. Click Copy Meeting Invitation to copy the entire text to your clipboard. You can paste the text where you would like to share it.
Android | iOS
  1. Sign in to the Zoom Workplace mobile app.
  2. Tap the Meetings  or the Calendar tab. 
  3. Tap the meeting that you want to copy the invitation for.
    A window will pop-up which shows the meeting details.
  4. In the top-right corner of the pop-up window, tap More .
  5. Tap Copy Invitation . 
    The meeting invitation will be copied to your clipboard. You can paste it where you would like to share it.
