Zoom error message "An error with reCAPTCHA occurred"
Issue
Zoom users may experience a reCAPTCHA error when logging in to Zoom stating: "An error with reCAPTCHA occurred. Please try again."
Resolution
- Try clearing your Chrome browser cookies and data:
- On your computer, open your Chrome browser.
- In the top-right corner, click the customization and control icon
. - Click More Tools, then click Clear Browsing Data.
The Clear browsing data page will appear. - At the top of the page, choose a time range, otherwise leave the default All Time.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear Data.
- Try a different browser.
- Disconnect from VPN.
