Issue

Zoom users may experience a reCAPTCHA error when logging in to Zoom stating: "An error with reCAPTCHA occurred. Please try again."

Resolution

• Try clearing your Chrome browser cookies and data:
  1. On your computer, open your Chrome browser.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the customization and control icon .
  3. Click More Tools, then click Clear Browsing Data.
     The Clear browsing data page will appear.
  4. At the top of the page, choose a time range, otherwise leave the default All Time.
  5. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear Data.
• Try a different browser.
• Disconnect from VPN.
