Poly

Notes:

• Zoom currently doesn’t support Poly PVOS v9.x.x for Zoom Phone appliances (ZPA). If your CCX phone has PVOS v9.x.x, it requires the downgrade procedure to become compatible with the certified ZPA firmware. Please refer to Poly’s support article here.
• Rev K and later on the CCX 400/500 only.
• The revision label can be found on the sticker on the back of the phone or on the shipping box.

Yealink

Note:

• MP58-WH (with a bluetooth handset) is not certified.
• EXP50 supports MP56/58 and VP59. Please refer to Yealink article here.
