Moderating an exhibitor/sponsor chat

In a Zoom Event, exhibitors and sponsors are automatically set as moderators of their specific chats and control the content of their chats. Exhibitor/sponsor moderators can remove messages within their own event lobby chats.

Note: Exhibitor, sponsor, and expo moderators are automatically assigned in their chats. Other moderators must be assigned by the host.

If you become aware of potential child sexual exploitation and abuse material ("CSEA") on Zoom, please report it immediately from within the meeting or using our Trust Form. Our team will immediately review the material and take appropriate action. We also encourage reporting directly to law enforcement and filing a report with NCMEC. When reporting CSEA, do not share, download, or upload any sensitive content, as doing so could be deemed criminal. Learn more about Zoom's commitment and approach to preventing CSEA.
