All Zoom Rooms are automatically assigned a Personal Meeting Room ID. By default, the Zoom Rooms application will start your Personal Meeting Room ID when you tap Meet Now.
Prerequisites for using Zoom Rooms Personal Meeting ID
- Zoom Room license
- Role with edit access to Zoom Rooms
How to change the Zoom Room's Personal Meeting room ID
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click Room Management then click Zoom Rooms.
- Click Edit next to the room name.
- Find the Setup section.
- Click the
icon under Room Meeting ID. Enter an ID and click Save.
