Using Zoom Rooms Personal Meeting ID (PMI)

All Zoom Rooms are automatically assigned a Personal Meeting Room ID. By default, the Zoom Rooms application will start your Personal Meeting Room ID when you tap Meet Now.

Prerequisites for using Zoom Rooms Personal Meeting ID

• Zoom Room license
• Role with edit access to Zoom Rooms

How to change the Zoom Room's Personal Meeting room ID

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Room Management then click Zoom Rooms.
3. Click Edit next to the room name.
4. Find the Setup section.
5. Click the icon under Room Meeting ID. Enter an ID and click Save.
