Signing out and and using a different Zoom account

You can manually sign out of Zoom and sign back in with a different account.

For users with multiple accounts and the need to quickly switch between accounts, users can add up to 5 accounts and easily switch between them.

How to sign out and switch to a different account

Windows | macOS | Linux
  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture.
  3. Click Sign Out.
  4. Sign in to your desired account using your corporate email or the email used when you signed up for Zoom. You can also sign in using SSO, Google, Apple, or Facebook.
    Note: If you're logged in to multiple Google accounts, you will be able to choose the account used to sign in to Zoom.
Android | iOS
  1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap your name.
  4. Tap Sign Out, then tap Yes to confirm.
  5. Sign in to your desired account using your corporate email or the email used when you signed up for Zoom. You can also sign in using SSO, Google, Apple, or Facebook.
    Note: If you're logged in to multiple Google accounts, you will be able to choose the account used to sign in to Zoom.
Web
  1. On the Zoom web portal, click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  2. Click SIGN OUT.
