Sending an event-wide message in Zoom Events
Zoom Events hosts can send an event-wide message—before the start of an event or after an event ends—to everyone who has registered for that specific event if you have an important announcement to broadcast. You can also send one pre-event and one post-event event-wide message per occurrence in an event series. You can also send up to 2 messages to all registrants before and after the event starts.
Note: You can only use this feature twice per published event/occurrence: once before the event starts and once after the event has ended.

How to send an event-wide message to a one-time event
Send an event-wide message to all registrants before the event starts
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- In the left navigation menu, click the top dropdown arrow and select Across Hubs.
- In the left navigation menu, click Events.
- Click the Upcoming tab.
- To the right of the event that you want to send a message, click the ellipsis then click Send Message to Registrants.
Note: This option will not appear in the menu again after you send an event-wide message to all registrants before the event starts. - In the Message to your registrants box, write your message to the event's registrants.
- Click Send.
Send an event-wide message to all registrants after the event ends
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- In the left navigation menu, click the top dropdown arrow and select Across Hubs.
- In the left navigation menu, click Events.
- Click the Past tab.
- To the right of the event you want to send a message, click the ellipsis then click Send Post-Event Message to Registrants.
Note: This option will not appear in the menu again after you send an event-wide message to all registrants after the event has ended. - In the Message to your registrants box, write your message to the event's registrants.
- Click Send.
How to send an event-wide message to a specific occurrence in an event series
Send an event-wide message to all registrants before the event starts
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- In the left navigation menu, click the top dropdown arrow and select Across Hubs.
- In the left navigation menu, click Events.
- Click the Upcoming tab.
- To the right of the recurring series event that you want to send a message, click the ellipsis then click Send Message to Registrants.
- Under Select an Occurrence, use the dropdown menu to select the occurrence you want to send a message.
Note: The selected occurrence will not appear in the drop-down menu again once you have sent a message to the registrants of that occurrence. - Write your message to the event's registrants, then click Send.
Send an event-wide message to all registrants after the event ends
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- In the left navigation menu, click the top dropdown arrow and select Across Hubs.
- In the left navigation menu, click Events.
- Click the Past tab.
- To the right of the recurring series event that you want to send a message, click the ellipsis then click Send Post-Event Message to Registrants.
- From the dropdown menu, select the occurrence you want to send a message.
Note: The selected occurrence will not appear in the drop-down menu again once you have sent a message to the registrants of that occurrence. - Write your message to the event's registrants, then click Send.
